All staff were fantastic. Very polite and welcoming. Booked a privileged room , bed really comfy and room clean. Bathroom needed updating, toilet didn't flush properly and hardly any power in the shower. Enjoyed breakfast, not much choice on cereal but fresh pastries and fried breakfast was nice.

Room extremely small, obviously I didn't realise how pokey 18 sq m is. TV did not work properly, no BBC or ITV1. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Towel storage rack hanging off wall. Very expensive for what we got. On a plus the breakfast was excellent and friendly staff.

Staff at front desk very pleasant. It was late at night and I had only just booked having arrived at a different hotel to find the room had not been cleaned prior to my stay.
