Staff very accommodating, helpful with information

I would highly recommended this hotel, i had a wonderful experience since this was my first time to booked by my self and they never fail me. Love it!

Great experience!!! Amazing staff, awesome location! Will stay here again!!!!!

I was very happy to find out my car rental right next to the hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a few minutes drive from Reagan Interrnational Airport and walking distance from the Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The staff were friendly. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and the overall experience was great. The only small complaint is it was difficult to figure out how to change the bath tub faucet to the shower head.

Nice staff at the front desk. Restaurant service not so good. Parking expensive but the hotel is VERY close to the airport.

The hotel's website doesn't explain that it is currently being remodeled. Among other things, this means that the hotel's restaurant is closed. Since I wanted a hotel where I could have a convenient breakfast, I would not have booked this room had I known about the remodeling project.

So I wasn't worried about the construction going being I was only at the hotel at night. But the staff was friendly, amazing, accommodating, and over all fantastic. Maid service was great and kept the room super clean. The bed and view was amazing!! And there are so many choices to eat.

This Radisson is going through major renovations that make it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy for guests. There is working going on everywhere and the smell of paint is noxious--including in the guest rooms. They should have never kept the place open during these renovations. There are even serious safety risks with the check-in area surrounded by open ceilings and construction workers moving all around.

This place was a horrible let down! It wasn't clean and it smelled really bad! There were construction worker hanging around and drinking beer and being really loud. There was no common area to sit and talk inside or out. We learned our lesson, the Radisson was a complete joke! The sad thing is, it was over $125 a night!

We had a very comfortable stay despite the hotel undergoing extensive remodeling. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were there for a funeral at ANC and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of many dining choices as well.

Too much construction was a minus. The pool, the breakfast was not avaliable.

Booked for a family room (2 person). But room size provided for a single person with a king bed. Room does not comes with bathtub. It comes with only one chair for sitting etc. Hotel does not comes with neighboring like restaurant, entertainment etc.

I appreciated the shuttle to & from the airport. Some disruption from construction including no food service. I was there only from 12:30 am to 6:30 am & it was clean, quiet & comfortable. Night desk clerk was helpful & patient.

The hotel manager went into my room and went through my things all because he said a hotel guest said there was a unknown person going into my room.. That person was my son!! No person has the right to go through you things when I'm not in the room.. Then he refused to give me my room and and later called the cops The cops told him that he is in the wrong and need to give me my key due to the fact my room and is paid for and my things are in the room! Just bad !!! Run far!!!

This perhaps the cheap rate. Still acceptable just not appropriate for a wedding this weekend

The kitchen in closed this summer during renovations, which was not an issue for me, and it resulted in free parking. However, the internet did not work in my room, even after I asked the front desk about it on two different days. The internet service did work in the lobby. Also, they charge a $50/day damage fee that you get back after you leave. So be prepared to extra funds available on your credit card.

Excellent staff and liked staying here. If the metro train system was not shut down then I would not have much walked to catch bus from 23rd crystal st to Crystal City. Very easy pick and drop by hotel shuttle was very convenient. Location: Next to Washington National Airport was another big plus.

Hotel had nice AC in the room and reception but no AC in the elevators and common area in the passage ways and from side entrance to the reception. Coffee was nice. Quiet, clean rooms. Room is spacious.staff friendly but the van driver of the complimentary ride to airport was expecting a tip, which I was prepared to give but after informing him of my airline he parks the van several hundred feet away from the designated area for that airline so I had to carry my 4 pieces of luggage back to the airport designated area for the airline. So he lost our on my tip. He did not earn his tip. He made my check in at the airport a lot more difficult. The driver must be trained that tipping is nor a right but a privilege for the extr service rendered and makes the visitor's trip more pleasant and easy. He needs to work for the tip otherwise it is a handout.

The hotel was perfect for catching an early flight. The hotel in under construction but still clean. Our room was newly remodeled and very nice. Unfortunately we were woken three-four times during the night due to noisy people in the hallway. The doors should be upgraded to minimize outaide noise. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
