I recently stayed at your hotel for one night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was excessive noise during the night, including loud talking and a dog barking in a nearby room, which made it extremely difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk around 5:00 AM to request a room change, but the receptionist was unwilling to assist me. I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of support, especially at that hour when I was already exhausted. This experience did not meet the standards I expect from the DoubleTree brand, and I would appreciate it if you could look into the matter.

The Doubletree Hotel wasn't just a getaway stay; it was an experience. It felt as if I were on a resort island in the heart of D.C., right in the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland. The staff and management were extremely cordial, professional, and gracious. They provided me with topnotch accommodations ~ including a complimentary early check-in. The building's infrastructure has a sleek interior design, ambiance ~ coupled with an exceptional visual esthetic and appeal. It made for such a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. As to the suite's comfortability and cleanliness, this hotel's space couldn't have been more appealing! It was quite cozy and the city views capturing a clear shot of the Mormon Temple were truly spectacular... Conveniently situated in a prime location, I would highly recommend one patronize this flagship model hotel.
