Too Expensive for what you get

I was staying due to doing the Great North Run the hotel is really nice and a stones throw from the train as for the room i stayed in room No.526 its a little outdated and possibly could do with being upgraded and cleaned there was stains on the back of the bathroom door it wasn't worth the price I paid for it

Poor level of cleanliness across the whole hotel and needs a refurbishment. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast mediocre. Lack of customer service from reception. A lot better hotels for the price in Newcastle

Location within easy walking distance of train station..Solo traveller my room had a large dble bed, table one chair. Toilitries iron and board. Tv good wifi. Room overlooked main road etc and Atilita venue. With window closed it was noise free..amazing. also has secondary glazing. Everything for a pleasant stay Breakfast choice and a great menu and seperate bar. Also quiet lounge areas on the accomodation floors.
