Don’t stay here unless it’s just for a night out

Me and my partner stayed here for a treat. £248 for two nights. The bed was AWFUL. Springy, creaky, I asked to change rooms and got a bed not much better. Rooms are shabby and are in desperate need of an upgrade. Went to iron a shirt, ironing board? Broken. Iron? Rubbish. Even small things like got up in the night for a glass of water only to discover the rap only ran warm or hot. Something as simple as a glass of water was warm. The staff are great, it’s not their fault. The breakfast is lovely but unfortunately the rooms are crap

Nothing special, somewhat disappointing for Hilton. Staff uninterested, no hello, please or thank you. Entrance quite awful, stained carpet and chair in room. Overall just poor, look for something a bit more special for the price.

Noisy not much sleep

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed itself was comfortable but pillows were very poor quality and aided to a restless night. Along with the very loud misic until 11pm. Then was disturbed by banging of doors until 1am. Then someone banging on the door at 2am very loudly and pulling on the door handles, . Needlesss to say, we had very little sleepI would never stay at this hotel again!

We stayed 2 nights in the city for a concert. Found the hotel to be convenient for the railway station. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The room was quite warm, but that could be due to the extreme weather happening at the time of our stay.

Hotel is in a prime position for Newcastle city centre the room has everything you need.The prices and food are reasonably priced for a city hotel.The staff were very helpful from check in to check out.The only downside was the music coming from the public bar underneath the hotel which only stopped at 2am.

Lovely staff the moment we arrived made us feel like a very valued customer, Lovely gesture gifting us a couple of glasses of prosseco as there for our anniversary. Rooms are spotless with comfortable bed nice pillows etc and the breakfast in the morning has a great variety all in all 10 out of 10 couldn't fault the place and look forward to returning.
