Very close to everything and super professional and courteous staff! The bar is the lobby is nice for a few drinks, when you want to unwind from a busy day of walking. The room I stayed at had everything that you need. A small fridge, the bathroom was pretty nice. Just a little on the cozy side, but it’s NYC, so I get it. The only drawback was the elevators. Nothing major, but the staffed helped me figure out how to use it. You press the floor you need to go to on the panel and it tells you which elevator will take you there. Took me two tries, but got the hang of it. Overall I would definitely book another stay here.

Nice front office staff. Room was not cleaned / tidied by staff just emptied garbage cans. Had key card malfunctions, false alarm fire alarm and evacuation in the middle of the night. Very basic room, very small but acceptable. Elevators had an odd system to prevent longer lines, but still very odd. Good location.

Very clean & satisfying place to stay! The only thing I didn’t see anyone mention was the fees which caught me a bit off guard but nothing I wasn’t prepared for! There is a $100 security deposit along with a $30 amenities fee that applies a $20 credit to your room. The elevators are also very small && you have to squeeze in with everyone especially around check in/out time but had no issues

My room was extremely small and the elevators were an inconvenience. Otherwise, the hotel is in the perfect location, the staff were TOP TIER, and valet parking was available! Also, there is a restaurant in the same building and the food was a 10/10. I would stay here again, but in a bigger room.

Overall the hotel was great. Rooms are on the smaller side, but the location was perfect. Although the restaurant and rooftop bar are not associated with hotel, they could have better options.

Coco was very clean and is in an amazing location! BUT…the room was so small. Like no flat surface anywhere to put your things small. I had to put my suitcase that I had been dragging around the dirty NYC streets on my bed to get into it. There’s no closet and not even a flat space in the bathroom to put your cosmetic bag unless you closed the toilet lid. It’s a nice hotel but go into it with the knowledge that if you have more than one regular size suitcase, they will not fit in the room.

This hotel has potential, but some design features are poor based on the small space and the building is not DONE so make sure to ask if its done before your stay. I was taken on elevator rides to a side lobby that was incomplete and locked. Scary. I was taken to the Rooftop Bar that was is also not complete yet. There is not one ounce of counter space in your room, the bathrooms or at the lobby desks, I found this such a poor design flaw. We were on the 27th floor and the windows just opened with ease. NO LOCKS. Handles at child reach height to open. Where this hotel made up for a lot was really nice diverse staff. Keep that up! The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice, they are making good environmental choices, but would I stay again, I don't think so.

The room size was laughable for a king bed. You can NOT walk around the foot of the bed it is so close to the wall. Bathroom had no counter space. I chose to ignore the online reviews and regret it. Will NOT stay here again.
