The first night I was given a wheelchair-accessible room. It’s great that the hotel offers this for guests who need it, but it wasn’t the best fit for me. The next day, the staff was very accommodating and moved me to a regular room, which made my stay much more comfortable. I booked two rooms, and once settled, everything was wonderful. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Times Square, close to restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store downstairs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping kept them spotless throughout my stay. Breakfast was also a highlight—the view overlooking Times Square made it even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location with helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Needs renovation

It’s an old Hotel, elevators were not working for about one day, also bad was in a terrible condition and light are not working properly, terrace bar was all the time not ready for a service and at knights they would close mostly att 23:00 o’clock It’s not my first time in thes hotel but until the fix or do renovation, I will not come back Locations wonderful but . .

While the room was comfortable, I was unable to get a proper night’s sleep due to excessive noise from the bar located directly below my room. The loud music and bass continued late into the night, making it very difficult to rest.
