The hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and comfortable. I prepaid for the rooms through Orbitz and was charge by Millenium after checkout. You are unable to speak with a person and customer service requires emailing faxing or leaving message. I want to speak with someone. My time is also important

All is good, It's quite in rooms but to be quite in the morning avoiding knock-knock in rood door about 8am please use outdoor "do not disturb" sign. Coffeemaker did not work in my room but the hotel officer replaced it within the business day.

Syed at the front desk checked me in early with a great room. Friendly and prompt service with a great room.

Loved it. Great location. Very quiet and clean. Would recommend to anyone.

1 block from Times Square, very friendly staff, arrived in NY 2 hours before check-in and was just to store our luggage but they let us check in early. When discussing this was our 1st trip to N.Y. he gave us a room with great view. Everything is right close by. Everyone is very nice when asking for recommendations or directions. Room was clean, plenty big enough, AC, and cleaned each day.

Good choice for business or short stays. Two of the elevators were down for maintenance the last day I was there so most hotel guests had to take the stairs. Clean rooms with the essentials. Nice views of the city. What was great was if you had a matinee to get to or an event that started after checkout time you could leave your luggage with the bell captain and come back later on to pick it up. Very convenient!

Goid job room great. Great location near time square

slept well, ate good food before bedtime ... loved the quietness of my room and surroundings!

Would never stay here again, a 2 star hotel at best

This was my second stay at the hotel. I love the location. It can't be beat if the theatre is your reason for visiting. There are great restaurants across the street...along with a late night market. Two doors east is my favorite place CAFE UNE DEUX TRIOS. My only complaint was that I could never seem to get a working coffee machine in my room, after two requests and the room service menu was hidden in a drawer. Didn't find it till the morning of my departure. I suppose I saved money. This was not the case on my first stay so....It's a great place...love the lobby and bar/lounge. They now pipe some wonderful scent into the lobby as well. Very courteous staff. I highly recommend it. Can't wait till next time...and a coffee machine !!!!

The hotel location is awesome. The only negative is some days the elevator takes forever to come to your floor. The hotel had some stains on the walls and stuff but everything else is good.

Nice location Older hotel Nothing else to say

Had an issue with room called reception they said they would be up with a new room. No one came up had to go down, reception had no idea who we spoke too apologized and gave us another room clean hotel great for 1 night

It was very nice, we had no problems and it was in a very convenient spot.

Great time! We never needed a cab because of the good location! Rockefeller Center at Christmas is always special!

We were very pleased with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the Hotel, and the close proximity to Broadway shows and nightlife.

The hotel itself is decent, it's nothing that met my expectations based on the other reviews. The only benefit of this hotel is it's location, but its staff were rude and different front desk staff were inconsistent when explaining the same policies to me; also my requests for a sheet change to a bed with dirty linens were not fulfilled. I'm quite disappointed in my stay here.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Clean rooms. Hotel was very good in all respects. Located close to everything in Times Square

We visited NYC during Christmas break and it was very cold. Staying at a hotel near most attractions was very convenient with the frigid temperatures. We never had to walk more than 15 minutes to any local attraction and if we wanted to go somewhere farther away, the cabs were plentiful.

The Millennium Broadway is conveniently located in Times Square; that's the only plus for this hotel. The staff at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. During check in, there was little to no exchange of words/greetings. During check-out, I witnessed one departing customer get mistreated/disrespected/yelled at for asking a simply question about his car/valet. The man who processed my check-out, was the rudest; refusing to provide me with a print out of my final bill. He then proceeds to tell me; "If I print something, it will be a blank sheet of paper...you booked online, we can't give you any print outs.".... Really? They had no problem printing my deposit-hold document but to get a final receipt was impossible? Another irritating experience: housekeeping came by THREE times between 8AM and 11AM; why would housekeeping show up at 8AM for a guest who is staying at the hotel for ONE night?? Finally, the room was nothing like the online pics! ... Moral of the story: DO NOT STAY HERE! (If you like decent customer service).
