I like the location, but what i didn't like are, no ref, no microwave, no coffee maker. The inside of the cabinet where the ref was, socks wrere left and its dirty. The furniture s are old inside the room.

A/C. Wasn’t working properly And house keeping need to their work properly too . Was a lot of dust on the nightstand and lamps. There is no complimentary water. Refrigerator was dirty. No restaurant in the hotel . The room need to be updated. The only good thing is the location . I wouldn’t stay again

There was no AC in our room. It was up to 75 degrees some days. When I asked, they said there was no AC available til later in the year. Unacceptable! The elvevator key card did not work well. We had to store our luggage after we checked out. There was only one man working and the line was very long. When we tried to retreive it, there was a long line. I asked the manager to get it for us as we were due to catch our flight. He, and another person, told me, in a snarling way, that they could not get it! Unacceptable! I told them to hire more help.

The room was hot, we called the front desk they sent someone up twice. He disconnected the heat, and said it will cool off. I asked why the fan was not working he check again and the. Said someone would call us. No one called. I called back hours later and the person at the front desk told me that the ac was shut off for the whole building due to the time of year. I then asked why the fan was not working, he said idk and asked if we wanted a floor fan. I asked for a different room which was not available. We were there for four more days and no one ever came back to look at it or asked how we were doing. Just poor customer service. The location was good. Being close to everything around Times Square and broadway was amazing.

The location was great - it was only a block from Broadway/Times Square. Do be aware that you will pay premium prices for food in the area. Here are few things that made this less than a 5 star stay were 1. No coffee maker in the room. And when my husband inquired about coffee he was told there was none on the property. We later found out that they could bring a coffee maker to your room, but that was only after we had spent $50 on our own coffee maker and supplies. 2. The key card scanner in the elevator does not work correctly. It was the topic of discussion every time we got in the elevator with someone new. Most people there said they had had to ride to the top and back to the lobby a few times before being able to get their card to work so they could get off at their floor. 3. The rooms looked like someone slapped some lipstick on a pig. Pictures looked nice, but in person you realized that the carpet was 30 years old and the bathroom tile even older. 4. We never made it to the top of the list to receive a fridge for our room. It would have been nice to be able to keep some cheeses for afternoon snacks or leftovers in the room for later. 5. No air conditioning (yet). The thermostat said it was set to 65, but we were hot in our room all the time. I finally called about it and we were told that they didn’t have the ac turned on for the building.

I knew from previous reviews that the property hadn't been updated in a while, and that didn't bother me. What was bad, really bad, was that the room was hot. Not just a little hot. Almost unbearably hot. We ended up leaving the windows open the whole time (they only opened up a few inches at the bottom), and housekeeping brought us a fan that we left running constantly. We turned the heat off (apparently the whole building has to be on either heat or A/C, you cannot adjust individual rooms). Other than that, the service was good and the location was great. I liked that there were entrances on two streets, which was very convenient.

I come to New York quite often and this was my first time staying at the Milennium Broadway Times Square but it will definitely not be the last! The Staff were super friendly and the location cannot be beat. Literally half a block from being right in the middle of Times Square, and super close to catching a Subway to areas further away. The ONLY problem were the elevators were acting up a bit but it’s nothing to change my mind over! Milennium you’re my “go to” Hotel from now on! Best Regards from Texas!! D. “Pops” Watson
