Property was very nice but Sonders cancelled our reservation check in day with only notice by email. We traveled from Florida to Nashville for the stay. After 3 hrs waiting & calling from the parking garage, we finally got our room. No phone numbers available for people at the location.

We loved the apartment, dining options were available. The grocery store was walkable. We were a 20 min uber between Broadway and the Opry which was exactly what we wanted. I would definitely go back.

Great apartment for two couples! Food / dining options in the area were good and shopping was decent. Only downside was that i paid for early check in only.to arrive and be told that the previous people had late check out and i wouldnt be able to get in until 4pm. Person was a little rude, stating it was not possible that i had gotten early check in and i would be refunded. Have not yet seen a refund! Would stay again but would not pay for any "guaranteed" check in time as it is not guaranteed.

Property is going down hill

The code to unlock the door was wrong and tried to contact them for 30 minutes before we were able to get into the room. I use them chat app and we were on hold for that long as well. If you want to check in 30 minutes early they charge you $25 but there was no consideration for checking in late because they sent the wrong code and it wasn’t even close to the same 4 digits.

Dolly Musical Nashville Weekend

This was our first time staying at a property without a front desk. The communication of the building and unit codes went fine and the unit (2 bedroom, 2 bath) was spacious for our party. The pool was refreshing and it was an inviting space. The unit was stocked with essentials and additional items were easily accessible if we had needed. Items to note: The showers need a shelf for soap, shampoo, etc.

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt and it was perfect. Walkable, great dining options including Taco Mamma, Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love, Jeni's, Kroger for cocktail and snacks. Pool was nice and room was very roomy so both parties had lots of privacy. Great kitchen for quick breakfast or walk 2 minutes to a near by Duncan Donut. Lots of extra towels and toiletries very comfy beds. All pluses in my book! Only drawback if I knew to request a room with a balcony facing the pool I would have, next time. Our balcony was sad...but we really weren't around a lot to just sit out there plus it was hot...I read the reviews and was scared but Sonders gets an A!!! Don't think twice, book it...so convenient...

Enjoyable stay!

I love your property! There were some things a little worn, but sleeping conditions were great! Kitchen well equipped and large bathroom, all very clean. A small bench in the bathroom would be helpful. It was a good location for us. Lots of great choices to eat - The Greenery, Double Dog, and of course Jenni’s ice cream. Many shops within walking distance. I could hear action (ambulances and helicopters) for Vanderbilt Hospital, but it wasn’t too disturbing. I would definitely stay there again!
