Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport

The room was always clean and ready for the night.. Love the hit with the swans... and so did my grandson .. he made his dad so happy to see hi on birthday.

Fine hotel, no problems, I write for ham radio magazines and I really do not feel that a very verbose review is required in this case..... hotel is fine, no problems at all

Was there for the eclipse and everything was packed but even with all, the staff was friendly and helpful

The Radisson is well located, 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 10 minutes from Opryland. Fast food and full service restaurants are located within 5 minutes as well as a shopping center.

When I first checked in there was a flyer that said if I gave a perfect 10 review I would get 1000 bonus points on my account with Radisson. I suppose I'm losing those points. I think if this place were under different management who was up to "Radisson" level, then it would have been fine. As such, here goes. First clue was the flyer itself, why have reviews if you don't actually want honest feedback; and additionally it seemed to hint that they may actually need some more perfect reviews. After I checked in I was given a parking tag; Be aware they rent out their parking lot to people going to the airport and every day is a drive circles around the parking lot to try and find a spot or just do what many people did, make your own. I get to my room, it was pretty dated, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable, but I had the suite, the couches in there were terrible, very uncomfortable to sit on and I wouldn't suggest anyone try to sleep on that. Every morning the communal coffee table was a disorganize mess, they would leave out apples for guests and not replenish them, the only coffee that wasn't empty was decaf, they never had the water tank properly filled for guests to get water. When I did check out, I stayed there all week and charged breakfast to my room, the front desk employee rolled his eyes when I told him I needed a receipt and said I would have to get that through orbitz...which doesn't show meals charged. Go to the Holiday Inn across the street. Avoid Radisson

The hotel is about 20 minutes from all the action downtown and about 10 minutes from the Opry. It was convenient, clean and a great deal. The area feels safe and there are fast food restaurants very close if you need to grab a quick meal or snack.

WAS THERE FOR SEC BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP WHICH NASHVILLE IS A SEC CITY ,VANY BUT HAD NO SEC NETWORK TV, HAD TO GO TO THE MARRIOTT TO WATCH GAMES WE DID NOT ATTEND

I dont usually write a review but I found it helpful reading other people's reviews/comments - helped me decide where to stay. This hotel is very close to the airport. There's a lot of restaurants around it. There's a nearby gas station for those who have rental car to be returned back at the airport who needs to fill up their tank before returning it. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. I made my reservation through Orbitz (package deal - hotel, car, flight). The only available non-smoking room was the one with king size bed. I was traveling with my young adult daughter so that could be a little uncomfortable for her. I reserved the room anyway. So when we checked in, the lady at the front desk asked me if my reservation was for a king bed room, I said yes and I told her that was the only available room online when I was booking it. She asked if I wanted a room with 2 queen beds instead and she will look and change my reservation. That was a great customer service in my opinion - trying to make your customer comfortable and finding ways to make it worth-while staying at their hotel. I called the front desk from my room asking for some information and the guy who answered my call was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. These instances give me a great impression of how well they treat their customers. Unfortunately, I forgot their names. My room had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again!

Clean, easy access. Not much for tourists in immediate area, but easy to get downtown.

The first room they put me in was dirty with food on the floor. They did put me in a different room after I complained. Not up to Radisson quality especially for the price.

Some staff were friendly, others didn't seem to care about our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable but its frustrating that a single king room was more expensive than a double twin room. In order to save money my wife and I had to share a twin bed. Indoor pool and exercise room were decent. The real reason I gave the hotel 3 stars is because they didn't offer complimentary breakfast and the food that they did offer for breakfast and dinner was extremely overpriced (15 dollars for a sandwich). They even tried to charge me 3 dollars for a coffee. All in all my stay just wasn't worth the pricetag.

It had outdated decor and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff slam doors early in the morning. Verbal fighting 7 am. Figured the neighbors had a fight, 3 hrs later gang fighting, kicking of doors. Lady in next room screaming. I thought she was getting attacked so called front office. They called back and said it was a group practicing violence response. I was physically shaken and it was a drill that the hotel never informed us was taken place on our floor. Just poor decisions made by this hotel!!

This hotel was great compared to the other one i stayed at in Nashville for double the price. It was close to some amazing food places. The staff was super friendly. The room had plenty of space and a comfortable bed.

We were initially greeted by Anson at the front desk! Very nice gentleman! He made us feel very welcome. While there, we were greeted every morning by the front desk staff when we passed them. And the waitress at the restaurant (where we had our breakfast every morning) was great, and she remembered what I had from one day to the next...impressive. We chatted again with Anson on the elevator a day or two into our stay and I'd like to say he made us feel like family! Staying at the Raddison was the perfect experience and I will most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Nashville. Thanks so much!

Airport shuttle was late but there was a mixup. When I arrived I was greeted by front desk clerk, was charged an upgrade for early check-in but I was tired so took them up on the deal. Staff is very friendly. The hotel itself looked a bit worn and old. The carpeting in my room was worn around the desk area. Overall not a bad experience but did not feel as comfortable as I am normally when travelling.

MY first time staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing. I like the indoor pool. The food was great. The rooms were nice. The location was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is convenient to airport with shuttle transportation. Not much close by. Rooms are a bit dated.

A bit dated. Bathrooms could use some updating. Staff was friendly. Had to call for a cab each time as there are no cabs waiting at the hotel.

Great value for room compared to prices of competition. Facility was nice and clean.
