There rooms aren't bad and are clean, the staff were friendly and in top of everything, the hall ways need repairs, the elevator wasn a little scary, the a/c in the hallway wasnt working. The location is perfect.

Very clean. Had a shuttle that made it convenient to go downtown.

Close to Broadway, but away enough for some quiet.

As soon as I arrived, everything was set up and ready to go! Staff was so nice and the whole experience was great!!

The parking is limited. It was hard trying to find a place to park.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest possibility because of COVID. And the hot water wasn’t hot

The Hampton In Nashville/Vanderbilt is in the perfect location. We could easily walk to The Row; Winners, Losers (on Division St.); and Hattie B's. There is a shuttle that will take you to "downtown" Nashville or any other place within a 2 mile radius that runs all day, every day until 11p. (All the great bars on Broadway are 1.3 miles from the hotel.) This beats paying over $35 for parking for 4 or more hours. The breakfast buffet is typical of a hot buffet. Area was very clean and kept well stocked during breakfast hours. The queen bed was a little uncomfortable but that may be because we are used to a king. The room was very dark...could have used more overhead lights or brighter bulbs in the lamps. There is a refrigerator which was nice and plently of storage for folded and hanging clothing. Free parking at the hotel was definitely a plus!

breakfast was good, was all so close to bars and food.

That it is close to the strip where all the bars are at thankssssssssss $sssssssssssssssssssssssssss

The location was great. The courtesy shuttle was very helpful

Location, I thought it was closer than it was to downtown; that said the shuttle service was excellent.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel. Positives: - It was within walking distance of Vanderbilt, Centennial Park, and was next door to the cathedral. - The free coffee in the lobby was also great! - Overall, it was clean and the beds were quite comfy. Negatives: - One of the male managers working at the front check in desk was quite unfriendly to us, one other guest, and to his fellow coworkers. The other two female front desk workers were very warm and pleasant. - The noise coming from the cleaning staff was very loud in the morning. Lots of banging doors.

Enjoyed the free shuttle; best part of staying here. Breakfast was adequate

Great staff & location. Little work to find breakfast Tommy, but worth the effort
