They were rude at the desk checking in. No breakfast, no one showed. Room was ok checking in but no towels or toilet paper.

This is a very disappointing Hampton property. For being in the heart of a touristy area, you'd expect a nice room. Here, the toilet ran all night, the AC was really loud. The ceiling throughout the whole bathroom was peeling and moldy. There were unsafe conditions such as bed joiners (metal rods about shin level) being left out and covered up. I tripped over them. The elevator and dining area were really hot, like there was no AC. First morning of dining there was no coffee as they said there machine was broken. This place was just really run down and the rate did not reflect that. We did express the dissatisfaction of our stay with staff and they comped our room for one night, which was nice, but they didn't express any care about the conditions.

This felt like a budget hotel but was overpriced for what it was. The room and furnishings were clean, but tired and a bit shabby. The staff were friendly. Probably better suited for people on vacation who want to be close to bars and restaurants, not for business travelers.

Couldnt get towels. Really loud amd nosiy at the pool because of construction and couldnt relax.

We enjoyed the option of breakfast and 24 hour gym. Pool was a little cold when we were visiting but a great option on hot days. The property is outdated, which you could tell in the bathroom with mold on ceiling and toilet not flushing properly. Staff was exceptional and made the stay pleasant. With drivers and front desk personal being exceptionally friendly.

Common areas filthy. Hallways needed to be vacuumed and elevator dirty. Room was dirty and second queen bed box spring was broken and sagging on on side.

Modern. Decor was themed to Memphis. Roof top amazing. Great location.

Close to downtown, but also close to Vanderbilt. Parking was free with my stay

Liked shuttle service to strip...great driver Bill! Very slow check in, no soaps, tissues or toilet paper in room.

Great location

Such a clean property ! The staff were all so nice too. Great to have warm cookies when we arrived too.

There rooms aren't bad and are clean, the staff were friendly and in top of everything, the hall ways need repairs, the elevator wasn a little scary, the a/c in the hallway wasnt working. The location is perfect.

Very clean. Had a shuttle that made it convenient to go downtown.
