    Our stay at AJs place was overall a good experience. The place was clean, the showers were good, the house was roomy. The statement said it sleeps ten, but the house holds 3 queen size beds, two moderate sized couches, and two air mattresses. If you’re okay sleeping with a buddy then this isn’t a bad spot. The neighborhood was peculiar. It was a mix of modern/beautiful homes and homes that were run down and built decades ago. My only true gripe was the parking. We had a total of 10 guys and each of us drove separately. This caused a bottleneck on the road because you also share the driveway with the unit beside you. Overall 4/5 and would rent again.

    Do not recommend

    Dirty bath and kitchen towels, very few towels for 5 people (booked for 6), no response to my messages asking for towels, no response asking for early check in, unsafe neighborhood, house was not clean, very few kitchen items, no coffee cups, 1 tv but no service, garage had bags of garbage piled up and supplies in it. no bed box springs just mattresses thrown on wood frames, host never checked in with us to see if we needed anything or how our stay was. none of us enjoyed our stay, very disappointed!

    DOES NOT COMFORTABLY SLEEP 10

    - The posting of this property says it sleeps 10, but there are only 3 queen beds (3 bedrooms). They do not put in the listing that they also provide 2 queen air mattresses and have 2 couches (that do not fold out to beds) that they also add into the number of guests the property accommodates. This property comfortably sleeps 6. - The check-in process was nonexistent. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3PM, however still by almost 3:30PM, we did not have the access information. I called AJ 6 times before he finally answered. When I told him we were trying to check in, he asked "oh do you have a reservation for today?" and then told me to check my email in 5 minutes for the information. - The master bathroom toilet is closed off by a door and the light did not work. You had to keep the door open to be able to see. - There is another 'property' on the other side of this house that has a side door for the people staying in that house. We heard noises all night from those people but didn't realize there was anyone in there until we were checking out. Both properties utilize the same small drive way. - There were two HUGE wasp nests on the balcony ceiling and we weren't able to utilize the balcony. I let AJ know when we arrived about the wasp nests and he said he was going to put in a maintenance request and that they would be out there the next morning to take care of it, but they never came. We didn't get to go out on the balcony at all during our stay.

    Couldn't even use one room

    The house overall wasn't too bad. The most upsetting part of the whole weekend was there was a bedroom we could not even use. The walls, sheets, blankets, and windows were covered in some type of gnat bugs. Like, absolutely covered. I attempted to contact the host, who by the way only answers by text message and will not answer phone calls, to fix this issue. A cleaning person was sent and only changed the sheets, reused the same blanket, and said she would talk to the host. The issue was not taken care of. I had to sleep on a couch, which seems quite absurd since I payed to stay there. I feel like the issue should have been addressed better, as providing me either my money back for the second night to find a hotel or sending someone to truly care for the issue. I personally would not stay here again.
