Overall it's a nice hotel, however, if you check in at night don't except any customer service. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk looking for extra sheets and no one ever showed up. I even called the hotel number several times while I waited and no one came out to answer the phone. Additionally, the pullout couch is paper thin. I felt coils instead of mattress.

Spent a night here with a friend. The suite was beautiful! It was very clean and the bed was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the included breakfast was awesome. Close to a ton of great restaurants! Will stay again.

I recently stayed several nights. The shower head was broken.the floors were not cleaned daily. The parking lot was 4 ft from window. The parking lot needed paving but the repaying was a slow process and blocked lots near hotel. Definitely an overpriced budget hotel. Never saw a am newspaper ...ever. I will stay in foxwoods area next time.

Can't imagine you could find a better place for your family to stay while visiting the Mystic/Stonington area. So close to all of the historic and charming attractions, but with all of the comforts of home. Great pool/hot tub area; mini tennis and basketball court. Free hot breakfast every morning with way more than the standard offerings; fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, juice & even seasonally flavored coffees. Very comfortable beds, big flat screen TV, full well-appointed kitchen. More than enough room for guests to spread out in the common dining area. They even offer a free dinner! Mini C-store type snack bar available 24/7; business area if you need it. Nice outdoor seating area as well. And absolutely everyone on staff is extremely pleasant and really seems to care that you enjoy your stay. We saw maintenance people every day proactively working to maintain the property. Heard no one complain about anything the whole time we were there (4 days). The only problem I could imagine you having is that your kids may not want to leave the facility to visit the area attractions. Overall a tremendous value; will definitely stay there again when we take our kids back to the area.

I had a two bedroom suite that had bee newly remodeled. It was fantastic. They were remodeling the other end of the floor but you would never know it. There was NO noise, dirt or traffic from the remodelers. The only thing was the number of parking spaces available because of the construction containers.

The reason for our trip was to visit our children and grand-children. The location was perfect and they were able to visit us and enjoy the many amenities this hotel offers. It is the most family friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, maintenance people and food servers, were exceptional - always pleasant and helpful. A full breakfast everyday, and four nights a week they had a simple supper as well. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

Great location and we were surprised by not only breakfast, but also dinner on Mon-Thus. Room was a little "tired", but the location made up for any short-comings!

It was quite and peaseful, not to far from the attractions we wanted to see. Clean and a great spot if you travel with pets, Now I made this avearge because of comparing it to another hotel in the same mode in conway NH, that was a work of art.

The staff was outstanding, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean.

OK place, very noisy, small pool, dirty pool. Not a very good game room, only 3 video games in a big room, with a broken pool table and a broken air hockey game. NO dvd, CD, vcr player? this is 2010! But staff was friendly, service was accomodating, and breakfast worked out well.

At breakfast, the dining area was understaffed and ran out of food, apparently unprepared for the holiday weekend. The room, however, was wonderful... as we have always found Marriott's Residence Inns to be, and we love the hotel's accommodations and location.
