The line to check in takes 3 hours. We came in for Foxwoods for an event/show. After over 2 hours of wait, we decided not to check in to the hotel. Other guests mentioned that a 3 hours wait is normal. Is it acceptable to wait for a check-in from 8pm to 11pm? Not recommended!

Getaway!

Very nice facility, with numerous restaurants to choose from. Lots of slot machines and tables. Extensive property- we’ll have to go back to explore some more.

They upgraded us to a beautiful suite with an amazing view. Plenty of restaurant options and multiple casinos. The only thing we didn’t like was the long check in line but we just ended up checking in later anyways

This was the first time I’ve ever seen a room that was in the shape of a triangle. The tv was only a foot away from the end of the bed. Really? Just wow! The heat in the room was very touchy. It was either really cold or overly warm. The bathroom was odd because there didn’t seem to be any heating. So, I froze my butt when I had to use the toilet which was right in front of the window and with how cold it was, the cold was coming through the wall and the window. Neither my husband or myself will ever stay in the Fox Tower again. The show was amazing, thankfully. It was the only good part about being there.
