I had to change rooms 3 times. This was my Birthday weekend. Front desk clerk said he would give me an upgrade to a newly renovated room on a higher floor. I made it super clear that I needed two beds. Get to the room and it’s 1 king bed. Went down and they gave me an older room on the lower level. I spoke to the manger at this point and she said they would put me on a higher floor suite for the inconvenience. Guess what, she didn’t and I gave up at that point.

The producers suite is very nice. Bath tub was great, room is large with 2 TVs. Plenty of outlets for charging stations. Nice desk chair small mini fridge. All the staff have been great very friendly and helpful.
