Been going since pre-Covid, and although things have changed it’s always nice to go back to. Great places to eat, rooms are spotless, slots are always there when u have that urge. Understandably, the Tanger outlets section of the resort is losing stores as of February 2021.
we enjoyed 3 days at foxwoods. it would have been much more enjoyable if masks werent required. i wont go back til this pandemic is over

The hotel is beautiful. The biggest room I've seen without being a suite. The bathroom is very spacious. The bed and pillows were VERY comfy. The view from my room was spectacular. Unfortunately, it's January, so no leaves on the trees. The only negative thing I would say, is that the towels and linens could use a little fabric softener. The towels are like sandpaper and the sheets are a little softer than a tablecloth. Due to Covid and a lack of people, they only had one casino open and a lot of shops and restaurants were closed, but that didn't damper my stay. It was a nice getaway during these dark times.
It was a beautiful place. Food was excellent. Due to Covid our rooms were not cleaned every day, but we survived.
None of the facilities (Pool, gym, spa) were open. The only time I had my temperature taken was going into the go kart area, never once at the casino or entering the restaurant. I didn’t see any disinfecting or sanitizing on the casino floor, so I really couldn’t understand why the gym and pool couldn’t be open. The one good thing as there was hand sanitizers throughout the property common areas.
Liked that it was in the center of everything but didn’t like that we did not have rooms cleaned daily. The pricing should have taken that into account the but felt like they still charged the same price for less
The grand Pequot was just okay to me. The hotel room should be updated everything looked a bit beat and run down. Also due to it being covid I felt that there should have been more sanitizing stations around Foxwoods. I didn’t see many at all. I would not go back. I would try out Fox Tower which was closer due to COVID, the next time I decide to stay.
Awesome. King size bed, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms. Very spacious! Kitchen, living room. It was great. Definitely want to stay there again!
Overall satisfied but the bedding provided was ridiculous. It literally felt like our blankets were made of paper.
