The spa was relaxing with very courteous staff. My room was ready early for me to check-in and allowed me to get settled. Front desk staff awas also very friendly. Shuttle was readily avaliable and had a very courteous driver. Food at the bar was very good. Staff also very friendly and accommodating.

Best staff friendliness of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Every single employee feels like they're totally bought into the customer's experience. The food at Kensington's / Ascot's was some of the very best of the area. Hotel and amenities all extremely clean. Only cons are that many of the older doors in the rooms don't close flush and need rehanging, the ac power pass-throughs under the lamps are very flimsy and one of them didn't even work during my previous stay, and the showers while gorgeous have the sliding door positioned opposite the shower heads so if you didn't preposition the heads the aim at the wall they'll spray you when you reach in to turn the water on.

The spa was wonderful! My friend and I had facials massages and foot massages and they were perfect! The people working at the Norwich Inn are so friendly and helpful. The best part is that you can hang out in your robe and enjoy the spa facilities all day! We absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave … we already booked a return trip for June!

Beautiful spot

We loved this place! Gorgeous facility! The spa area was top notch A few notes though Room was small, prices are a bit steep especially for the massages. The hot tubs are seperate for men and women and close at 7pm The staff is incredibly nice!
