Nice hotel

Bartender called out sick on a Friday night. No backup. :(. Love the hotel, the staff, the shuttle service and the best driver Jim but the mattress is like sleeping on plywood. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Property was great, room was excellent staff thru text during check in extremely difficult and unhelpful. I asked for extra towels and 2 extra pillows and I was questioned about my reservation being for 2. I explained that was correct, explained I still wanted 2 extra pillows and they refused. It was a king sized bed and not king size pillows so needless to say I didn’t think asking for extra pillows to fill the headspace was a difficult ask.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Norwich! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The only downside was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Aside from that, everything else was amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we found the hotel to be very clean. The pool is very nice, which was our primary reason for going to this hotel. However, the food was terrible. Staying at the hotel is fine, just make sure you have other options for meals.
