Convenient right off of 395. Friendly staff and convenient shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun. Room was as expected.
toilet overflowed ..couldn't use it for the one nightmare there and shuttle information to the casino is misleading only available on Friday and Saturdays. Only chose this hotel because of shuttle and we end up having to pay $40 round trip to mohegan's sun for Uber
Staff was very nice and helpful nice and clean would definitely come back . Was short staffed in the dining area but other than that everything was fine.
Very loud music from downstairs starting at 11pm -maybe from the bar - way louder than the room next door. Even with ear plugs it was an obnoxious level of noise. Room was 226

The rooms were smelly and everything was in a general state of disrepair and neglect. The staff was friendly however.

Elevators were out and we were on the 6th floor, and pools were closed for cleaning. The room did not have enough soaps or coffee machine products for us to use.
