The room appeared to be very vlean up I n walking in. Of course the furniture is very out dated,well to be expected. But we notice a few unclean ateas in bathroom like the grout around tub needs to be reworked. / the handycap grab bar is nice to have but also neefs to be cleaned around the grommets. Pretty much everything else was clean. Very nice location, front lobby/the personell were extra friendly and professional,due to bad weather and snow we arrived earlier and they made every effort to get us next available so we could relax given our ride..veru much appreciated!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Here's a pic of the biohazards we found in our room on the first night. Used cotton swabs, tissues, and a used COVID test. They move us after we brought it to their attention and gave us a free breakfast coupon for next day. Unfortunately we couldn't use them as breakfast was over by 8:30 that day (most people don't get up at the crack of dawn when on vacation?). To add insult to injury I dropped my cell and it broke. After telling me they'd mail it so I could salvage the card and photos, I got a link from a third party mailing services looking for $65. Would have taken ten minutes to stick a broken phone in a manilla envelope for a few bucks. Last time ever in a Holiday Inn.

The sheets were stained but the staff was super courteous and brought me a new change of sheets promptly. The room was otherwise clean and so was the bathroom. The customer service was great!

The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was really outdated. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice and the whole floor smelled vile. Basically like straight feces. I’m glad i was not on that floor because i would have definitely asked to move. Breakfast was delicious but it was freezing in the restaurant area because the heat was broken. So i think if the building got proper updates it would have been a 5 star hotel. It was close to Mohegan and provided a shuttle which was extremely convenient. The shuttle driver was also polite and professional.

The location is excellent, close to the casino, and the hotel offers a shuttle to Mohegan Sun, which is very convenient. What truly exceeded my expectations, however, was the service. The two young men at the front desk and the two ladies (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) working the bar and breakfast area were all exceptionally kind and welcoming.

The room was mostly clean. There were a few small hairs in the shower and the pool was not heated. Water was ice cold. The shuttle to the casino was excellent and everyone was friendly.
