Had a fabulous massage in the Cerulean Spa; pillows were hard, so went to front desk and got a foam one; worked much better. Wish they had night lights in the bathroom; for older people, getting up several times during the night, it would be helpful.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was convenient and easy to get around from. Check-in and parking were smooth, and the spa services were a nice added touch. The only minor drawback was some noise from neighboring rooms at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The only thing that I forgot to mention to the downstairs service team was that part of the toilet seat holding screw was on the floor when I went to the bathroom for the first time. The staff was very courteous. We enjoyed the daily complimentary drinks and food vouchers which offset the destination fee charged at check-in. The hotel bar and restaurant were very comfortable and the menu had a nice variety of dinner entrees. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the Mystic Marriott.
