The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Thank you! We will stay here again!
Rooms were outdated but not in bad shape. Walls seemed solid I couldn't hear other rooms noise. Pillows were nice and thick, beds were comfortable. No elevator but it's only one set of stairs, no breakfast because of covid. Desk is only open from 7am-11pm but there is a contact person for late night issues. (My friends room key wasn't working at 330am and he was able to get in touch with someone easily).
Tub was not clean under bath mat; very slippery. Staff was friendly. This is a cheap place to sleep; needs updates.
Garbage I didn’t stay came and left out would not tell anyone to stay there it’s no good
One of the worst hotel in Connecticut .customer service is
stayed over new years eve. good location to all attractions, clean room and friendly staff
Definitely my top 5 worst hotels i've stayed in. Room was tired and worn. Some lights didn't work. My room wasn't cleaned at all. On my last night I found a mouse in my room. Was moved to another room, but no towels stocked in bathroom for a cleaned room. To add insult to injury I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to the desk to check me out and that was only because I called on their phone. Only positive note was the hotel was being remodeled after being acquired by new owners, so hopefully they improve. Right now though is a different story.
Checked in but didn't stay the night. Room was dirty. Mattress was disgusting.
