Love this place! I will return! This is the best location in New London!! You can walk to everything. There is easy parking, and convenient access to all attractions in the area including the Coast Guard Academy. Very easy to get to. Close to a beautiful church. The bar and restaurant down stairs is friendly and very good food! Great place if you are traveling alone. The day manager could improve his costumer assistance. When I complained about predictable noise the staff did not warn me of, he was not kind. They did offer to change rooms. When all the signs said they would give me a refund. All the desk staff were wonderful. The pool was like a sauna, very warm and steamy.

Second time staying here and once again has a very nice experience. Only comment would be it would be great if the pool could be warmer the room is so dark and the windows from the conference room to the pool is weird since people could watch you without your knowledge. Otherwise rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and bonus is the restaurant at night definitely get the pasta

Overall a fair 3 star stay. The room was a bit old, flat feather pillows were not for a good nights sleep at all and the chair at the desk looked like it had lost a fight with a pack of wolves. For the most part it was clean and ok. The staff were super nice and respectful. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal however. With some updating this would be a much better stay for the money, but I would certainly be comfortable staying again in the future.

A decent no-frills hotel, and will note that staff were quick to call police when drunk people were leaving the bar/restaurant on site around 10:30pm Saturday night and proceeded to go up to floor 3 and get into a very loud verbal argument. Police arrived fast and took care of it, no loudness and we all slept peacefully. So have to give kudos to the staff!
