Very convenient location for our plan to take a ferry to Fishers island the next morning.

Our room was not ready at alloyed check in time. Had 4 in our room but only 3 towels. Asked for another towel and was told they were doing laundry. Arrived back from dinner and had to drive around for 10 minutes looking for parking because they had a wedding and a private party in the restaurant. They put us on the second floor over the function hall and had to listen to the music from the function all night. A dirty coffee cup that was by the elevators remained there for our entire stay. Staff was less than accommodating

I called the front desk early morning for a room clean up after my third day stay. I returned after a six hour community event and the room had not been touched. I spoke with the housekeeper in the hallway who spoke limited English concerning this. I speak basic Spanish. Another employee stepped in to help. Along with this employee we spoke with another employee who informed me that they might not clean the room today. I informed her that this was not satisfactory. Either clean the room are I needed other accommodations. She said that she would come up to clean the room in a timely matter. No apology was offered. Only a stoic attitude. The room was cleaned the within thirty minutes. The staff was not customer friendly. I shutter to believe that was because I am African American. The Hotel Restaurant was exceptional. To give the facility credit the grounds and another surroundings were well kept up. The Hotel appeared to be cleaned daily in the common areas. Thanks

Soent one night only but overall everything looked fairly in place. Although the floor carpet needs some deep cleaning.

Original reservation made on Orbitz in 05/21. Cancelled reservation with Orbitz a week later (TRIP NEVER HAPPENED). FF to this month 09/21...$630 charge shows up on my Visa. Called Orbitz they looked & found THEIR error (cancellation info not passed on to hotel). Hotel then contacted...refunding last 2 of 3 day reservation, but CHARGE for day 1 NOT refunded (no show fee). Orbitz informed...agent stated refund request to be submitted to upper management..but NO guarantees. STILL WAITING.

Good location, very quiet

The hotel and room especially smelled of mildew and clearly had water built up. Even the floor was damp.

Hotel was fine for our needs - clean, safe and quiet

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Has a few iisues and had to stay 2 extra nights. Room was clean with great service.

No continental breakfast but has restaurant on property

Loved that there was a fridge and microwave, great location in a nice town, very clean

Close to Tony D’s restaurant. What we didn’t like or wasn’t told is that there was NO housecleaning. After a long day of being out, we came back to a room where the bed was not made, towels were not replaced, no coffee or tea, no toiletry items replaced, and the trash was not taken out. We were given plastic bags so we could take our own trash out.

It was convenient to the train and easy to walk to
