My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times this time of year. We have always enjoyed it. We were a bit disappointed this time because the outdoor fire pits were closed and then we had no hot water in the morning. We had to take very quick and very cold showers. After speaking with other guests we learned they had no hot water as well. One guest said her party was planning to stay another night but decided to go to the Hyatt down the road instead because they couldn’t go without hot water another day. The staff is very nice and the property is well maintained.

Kind staff, very clean, loved the whirpool tub. The lobby smelt so good and was very cute. Conveniently next to Olde Mistick and Starbucks- great location overall. Could definitely update some things but it did the job!

The restaraunt staff was rude served me two drinks and threatened to call the police when a group of people drinking were laughing at me and antagonizing me. I thought it was a bit of an overreaction and not hospitable. I won’t stay there again.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! All the amenities were great. The restaurant was nice but the quality of the food is not as nice as it has been in the past. Everyone was accommodating in both the hotel and restaurant but the food was a little disappointing.

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the decorations for Christmas and the theme of the hotel to take pictures. Also, convenient walkways to get to street to cross to Mystic village.
