It's close to Mystic Village and the aquarium, so that's good. But that's it.

There wasn’t enough towels 4people in a room and only had 2 towels ask a few towels and never got any. The AC was broke and never came and fixed it. Spent 1400.dollars to be hot and no towels

You get what you pay for. Place is run down. Thread bare towels, soap so thin that it barely lasts through a shower Rugs were relatively clean, but I still wanted to wear my flip flops around the room. Air conditioner was effective but noisy.

This was our second time here and it has taken a turn for the worse. The bathroom was disgusting - mold around the shower handle, dirty ceiling tiles, hair on the floor. We found a spider and a bug on the bed at night. We chose this place because it’s across the street from Olde Mistick Village but never coming back. Rather spend the extra money to stay at a different hotel in the area.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Employee at the front desk was cold.

Room was clean, everything was fine. My 2 yr old enjoyed the pool. Shower had scum/mold in it and also clogged up.

This hotel gets bad ratings but we had a great stay. No ants, clean room, AC was cold, amazingly convenient to Mystic attractions. No loud guest, but that depends on the Type of guests staying. Bed was comfortable, pillows were soft, blankets and sheets were clean. Pool was clean with plenty of towels. I believe I covered all of the negative comments that would of stopped me from reserving a room here. The diner next door was great. We walked to the village and aquarium. My daughter and I had a great time.

Great location, nice big room. Tv was down, just a gray screen.

The staff was so friendly & helpful

Exactly as advertised and expected

We chose the option on Orbitz to display hotels with breakfast. Not only did they not have breakfast, they had no coffee machine in the lobby. Maid service only every 4 days so if you need towels, coffee, etc. you have to go to the front desk which in our case was our of the building. The front desk people were very pleasant but the hotel is tired and worn and their printer was also out of order. Desk person was kind enough to print ticket elsewhere. I would not stay there again.

Although the outside could use some modernizing the lobby and the rooms were totally renovated. Very comfortable room for a longer stay. Plenty of room, pleasant, balcony, jacuzzi. Would definitely come back here when in the area.

Great place to stay with very friendly staff.

Very unprofessional and expensive for the conditions of the hotel also has a funny smell

We loved the location, being able to walk to the Mystic Diner for breakfast, price was good for this time of year, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure was great. For being where it is, we found our room to be very quiet. We also found the room to be very clean, except the bathroom had a little staining in a couple of spots (mold maybe?) around the caulking, and some grime around the outside of the tub. But the inside of the tub was very clean. We liked the wide size of the tub too. I would stay again. Overall it was very pleasant.

The room was FILTHY!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! BEDS HAS DIRT ALL OVER THEM, THE COUCH WAS STAINED AND GROSS, THE CARPETS WERE STICKY - OUR SHOES WERE STICKING TO IT, AND WHEN I WIPED THE COFFEE TABLE AND COUNTERS IN THE BATHROOM THE TOWEL WAS BLACK AND FILTHY. ALSO HAD TO ASK FRONT DESK FOR A TV REMOTE, AND THE STAFF WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL WHEN CHECKING IN. HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE!!!!!

The first room had the towel racks ripped from the wall and left unfinished with a brownish mold. The hotel had a moldy odor to it. Looks like they painted over all the old holes and screws. Very poorly refinishing. They moved us to another room, less odor but still the update was just a paint over. Would not recommend or stay in this location
