This hotel is very old. The room was very clean but very old. Needs some updating. The outside looks a little sketchy with some sketchy people acting odd in the parking lot. Convenient to have the diner at the end of the hotel.

Building needs to be updated, as well as the pictures on the sight. However, for the 2 nights we were there we enjoyed ourselves.

The property overall needs to be updated. We were never able to use the pool because it closed at 8:00 p.m. It is a convenient spot for shopping, Mystic Seaport and the Aquarium. The staff was very nice and friendly.

We had a good time. For the most part quiet. The only negative was that someone dented the door on the passenger side twice. There had been a large black SUV parked in the handicap parking, we made sure not to be close, but they didn't care. Oh well, rude people!

Great value for the price.
The hotel is old but you can tell the owners are making updates. Fresh paint and the pool looked new. Service was friendly and efficient. I spoke to the front desk clerk while having morning coffee and he said there are a lot more renovations to come.

Nothing to like whatsoever about this property. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk all while calling the phone number and just kept hearing it ring. The room stunk like mildew and cigarettes even though it said non smoking. The sliding door seemed as if anyone could get in from the outside. It was very un-nerving to have my 2 year old with me. We stayed for maybe 20 minutes before asking for a refund and finding a new hotel. I would definitely think twice about booking here even if the price seems reasonable. The pictures are extremely misleading.

This was a stop on a cross country trip for one night only. Room was dated and not overly clean. Beds were not very comfortable. Husband went to shower and the whole water spout in the tub flew off the wall from the water pressure. Spoke to hotel employee. He couldn’t believe it. Asked if we wanted to move rooms. We told him if it made it easier we would stay and just needed a room to shower in for the morning. He said okay but later came back and said manager asked us to move to another room. Ended up being the best decision as the 2nd room was a bit bigger and had better beds. No breakfast was included and no gym equipment available even although there was supposed to be a gym. Would not stay here again.
