Solid. Will stay again.

Overall the stay was fine and we’d stay there again. We had multiple family members in different rooms and a couple of us had clogged showers, which were a bit gross. The staff were available to assist when asked. Internet was not working properly and, again, the staff were available and pointed us towards their IT vendor who was also eager to assist. Nice gym and complimentary breakfast were a great way to start each morning. Weather was snowy/icy and the staff kept the parking lot and walking paths clear and safe.

The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. Both bed and pull out bed were great to use. My only issue was the shower head was a little clogged, but thr water worked well regardless. Highly recommend the location and how quiet everytbing was. Thank you for this great wxperience.

Could be much better with more attention to detail

May have had updates but seemed a little run down. Nice things like court yard with basketball grill and fire pit. Fire pit would have been great fall thing to do, not working with patio furniture wet and stroon around not attended to. Room seemed to be updated but run down. Bathroom had a tub with darkened grout. Noisy upper floors walking and people talking. Staff seemed to be doing their best.

Warning! Hotel overbooks reservations!

I arrived at this property at 9pm to check-in for a 2 night stay only to find out that the GM had cancelled my reservation. We were not notified until we arrived for check-in. They did this to six guests checking in for shorter stays because they overbooked and accommodated guests with longer stays. Residence Inn sent us to Avon Old Farms Inn which was lovely and very accommodating of the Marriott guests that were dumped on them without notice. Marriott was suppose to ensure that we receive a refund from Hotels.com but it’s been 2 weeks and no refund yet. Very disappointed!

The room was tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our quick one night stay. If you wanted the lowest rated thing would be the couch.. It was a pull out and you could tell it was well used.

Great Stay, Especially for the Price

We picked it for the pool and hot tub and the family really enjoyed both. Breakfast was plentiful in options and my husband enjoyed the cold brew. The staff was wonderful, always working hard and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The only negatives were the tiny shower that had hair clumps stuck to the walls and the pull out couch needed a cleaning and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else was perfect.
