they didn’t have a room for me, send me to another hotel that didn’t have the same amenities. i didn’t have to pay for the room, they gave me a full credit, however, they didn’t inform me until i got to the hotel, i should have gotten an email or a call, and i was very unhappy that their was no hot tub.

Staff very friendly, the place was clean and well maintained. The breakfast window time was great, food was good. The room I stayed in was nice, very spacious; the only thing that stops me from a 5 star review is that the people near my room were a bit too loud and I heard then argue during sleep time, otherwise it was a great stay. I recommend 🎉♥️

I’ve stayed here plenty of times and normally it’s a great experience. Unfortunately, this time the room was still dirty. When I checked in the hot water was not working they did switch my room unfortunately it also wasn’t that clean. I don’t wanna see hair while I’m taking a shower that belongs to someone else.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/Farmington. My room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated the thoughtful little touches—especially the personalized welcome message on the TV, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I want to give special recognition to Jayden at the front desk. Jayden was an absolute gem: friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
