Daily facilities fees for the amenities that are included, at least on the website. Dated rooms, uncomfortable bed. Bathroom was also stained and bathroom fan didn’t work. To get someone to clean the room you had to place a sign outside. Staff members double charged for the fees and then seemed annoyed that I complained. For the money I should’ve stayed at the Hampton!

This is a beautiful place to stay! The hospitality was so friendly and always freely helped us. They each dressed very professional and spoke so well. The room we were in was a suite with a queen canopy style bed, it had beautiful vintage furnishings that were really taken care of. There were two lamps that were not working but we enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. They was cake TV so we were able to watch a movie!! The lobby was beautiful and cozy with fresh coffee, espresso, and tea around the clock. There was also a fruit basket in the lobby and fresh baked cookies each after noon. The lobby had a TV and dvd player with movies to watch, and they had a pool table! The breakfast area was so cozy and clean and we’ll stick 7-10! I was really happy there were no tvs in the breakfast area which made it so easy to eat in peace or have quiet conversation. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit this are.
