We enjoyed the comfortable room, the location of the hotel was ideal for going into Hartford.

Overall the stay wasn't bad. Food was just ok. Room very nice and clean. Reasonably priced. Staff was very accommodating but had some issues with the shuttle.

Everything was find but shuttle to concert venue was not available as advertised. Spent $20 on cab fare. other than that was a very nice property. Wishing they would have reimbursed me for cab fare. Linda King

This hotel was clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly too. It wasn't that close to downtown though.

Moderately priced , clean and comfy, had a good nights sleep

It was good. the hotel was under renovation but the room was excellent.

Very affordable, clean hotel, definitely worth the price, good location

The hotel is in renovation process inside and outside. Very noisy as we could hear everything in the bedroom. The windows don't close very well. Call before to find out if they are still renovating.

First; it got me with surprise that we had to pay $20.00 in deposit for each room,A- it was not necessary B- less i should have know it when i was booking it, second; no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was undergoing MAJOR renovation. We had to walk through hallways where workmen were reconstructing the space, putting down floors, painting, etc. However, the second floor room was fine. No work going on at our end of the hallway. It just wasn't special.

The hotel was converting form Holiday Inn Express to Hartford Inn halfway through my stay. I will continue to stay there.

Even though there is no restaurant on site, and the rooms are like every other hotel, the STAFF IS THE BEST. Being a seasoned traveler, this hotel has the nicest, genuine, workers I have encountered. And Mary, is OUTSTANDING. These people make you feel like you are home with your closest friends. Will be back to this one.

Hotel was in great location and offered free shuttle service. Unfortunately, the shuttle only held 6-9 people and coming home from the convention center was a nightmare. You had to wait in the freezing cold for the shuttle and there were about 50 people waiting so you had to wait until shuttle filled up, went back to hotel and returned. My tired cheerleader who had been up since 6 am had to stand in the cold for 45 minutes at 8:00 pm before we could access the shuttle. Employees probably overwhelmed but not very friendly. Breakfast great. Beds extremely uncomfortable!

This hotel is very convenient for to get to, and is always comfortable. Fresh baked cookies upon check-in and delicious cinnabons for breakfast (complimentary breakfast always a plus too!). Friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable sleep in room.

The room was nice, most of the staff was really great except this one young lady who worked at the front desk. She was quite rude to me and wasn't very helpful with any of my questions. If you took her out of the equation it was a terrific stay.

We've stayed at this hotel twice now, and the person at the front desk has gone out of his way each time to make us feel welcome and help us out. He printed directions for us for the next day, for example. Our daughter wanted to stay with us, so he gave us a room with a pull-out couch. The only problem was that the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was plentiful! Thank you.

This hotel is great for those in town for an event, but it lacks a hot tub and the pool was out of service. The complimentary shuttle to and from the convention center was very useful to us; it was more of a personal taxi than public transportation. The A/C worked well and the hotel was kept in good condition. Once again, this is not a resort style hotel and there is not a lot of places to shop or dine around it, but if you just need a quality place to stay at an affordable rate, then this is a great choice.

The Hotel was very nice, but was very noisey kids running around at 1 in the morning.

My room was cold. It took more than 3 hours to get maintenance to say the heater was bad. I asked for another room, but none was available. I found later that night the room was cold because the window (top) was open. Room was remodeled but needed a good cleaning. There is no hot water in the mid-morning as the laundry uses it all up. At breakfast, the coffee canisters were all empty = no coffee!

Good location to the Hartford Convention Center with an accomodating shuttle to the convention. Good price for the area.
