They said since we booked through Orbitz they would not give us our Hilton points and they would not honor our room type. We got two double beds instead of a king though the hotel was virtually empty. No water in the pool because they are renovating the hotel - neither the construction nor closed pool mentioned. Food was stale and creamer spoiled in hotel restaurant.
I was disappointed because the pool and jacuzzi areas were closed due to the weather and leak. Concierge recommended an excellent restaurant which mg husband and I enjoyed.

Property had roving packs of children and adults roaming around, partying, smoking pot everywhere and they were up all night. It was loud and dirty. They were in the pool at all hours. Check-in staff was awesome, however. Very friendly!
Old and tired property. Desperately needs a major renovation. Surprised they let this be called a Hilton. Condition is more like a 2* motel. They lock the front door at night so if you arrive at 10.30pm like I did, you may be waiting (apparently in a sketchy area) for a while until the front desk attendant finishes the prior guess to let you in. Totally unsafe for arriving guests. Scary place.
Nice view, and clean
Cleanliness was fine. Friendliness was fine. Food was not available, except for a few sandwiches, yogurt, etc. Lots of noise from 12:00am to 4:30 am or so. Guys yelling, laughing in the rooms and the hallway. The water in the pool was very, very cold, I was looking forward to be able to swim, but unfortunately couldn’t bare the water temperature. 😣
The room was non smoking but it smelled like someone smoked in there right before I got there. Also my bathroom tub has black mold in and around the tub. The room appeared to be clean. The property needs more up keep. I always stay at hiltons and this is the worst property, for as cleanliness, I have stayed at in the past 14 years.
The property was close to a show that we were seeing so that was good.

I didn’t like how I was standing in line checking in and a group of people walked in she stopped talking to me to speak to them and have a conversation. Then one of the guys got in line behind me and she started taking care of him instead of helping me check in. Left the desk and went to get him sodas like that was more important then me standing in the line checking into the hotel. The room looked nothing like the pictures which bothered me even more. I am an adult and was with another adult and we were give two twin beds which they called standard. Just overall not the experience I expected at all.
