The property is convenient to downtown and freeway access. The parking lot is full of giant potholes, and not secured, even though they charge $17 per day to park a car. The front entryway and parking lot are dark and ominous at night. The restaurant and lounge are closed. Water damage in the room. Only one elevator was operable. Workmen all day renovating the banquet areas with a terrible smell of fresh wood stain throughout the lobby.

Even though the hotel is going through some renovations, it was a great stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of Amtrak. The staff was quick to respond when I slipped and fell while getting gout of the shower.

Everything was great. I asked for a later check out and did not get it but that’s it

No fridge in rooms. The seasonal pool outside was brown. And the restaurant/bar was closed. Paid all that money for just a bed to lay in. Couldn’t enjoy anything else in the hotel!

I like your hotel. I would stay there again . Your staff is very nice

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The customer service was great and they were attentive otherwise.

The rooms are smaller than expected, however accommodations were average.

Good value in a location that is close to downtown and has close access to the highway.

Old,dingy, dirty. Bodily fluids on carpet.No real amenities for price. Had to pay for parking $$ Also tried to give us a lesser room than what we prepaid for. Would not recommend.

Walking distance to downtown for dinner or drinks.

The only complaint I have is the desk clerk. She could not answer any question asked her. Everything else was excellent.
