This motel was so dirty & in terrible condition. The tv didn’t work, horrible picture quality with lines on the tv. Annoying static sound but no actual audio coming from what was on the tv. Dirty furniture, dirty walls, dirty bathroom door, broken EVERYTHING. The room door had a note written in MARKER on how to open the door. I had a hard time getting back in my room that I wasn’t able to get in. The handle broke while I was trying to enter. So I lost 5 hours before check out which I am highly upset about because I paid over $70 for a few hours as it is. I called the front desk & there was no maintenance person to come help me as I was standing outside with my small children freezing. Horrible, dirty place. Blankets had cigarette holes in them. Not enough towels. I will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

This place was really really dirty. Inside room carpet on stain all over, walls paint is mess bathroom is mess, service is really bad. In room have so many cockroaches, tv stand furniture was damage all over. This hotel should control from Health department. And suspension their license until clean all over this property. I never ever stay again

It was dirty and not worth the price. Staff was rude and not very helpful Cig burns on all the cloth in the room & no option to switch rooms I only stayed because I had too .

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! “Non smoking” room smells like cigarettes. Dirty carpet, stained curtains, stained furniture. Looks like they haven’t vacuumed the floors in 10 years. Absolute horrifying, we didn’t even sleep in the room.

This was hands down tbe worst Motel I have ever experienced. Being New York natives we are used to questionable Motels but Travlers Inn was by far the worst! Prostitution, drug deals, riff raff, random children running around. Cigarette burns on bed sheets, springs poping out of bed, bathroom was extremly dirty, full of mildew, dirt & hair, dirty sheets & horrible smell in room in general. We stayed for 40 minutes & decided to check out & asked for a refund we were told no & had to call our bank. Worst Motel EVER!

I didn't feel safe here and I'll be choosing my hotels more carefully from now on. Also, there was no coffee maker, no iron or board, no hair dryer, and no hangers. I'm a cosplayer and ended having to go buy a hair dryer. The pillow cases were stained, the towels were threadbare, there were cigarette burns all over the bed and carpet (non-smoking room). The mattress was freakishly warped. It was like a comedy except for the not feeling safe part. At one point there was a drunk dude standing by my door staring at me (after I had gone to the store to buy water) and I went to the front office to ask for some help. The woman kindly made a call and a man arrived shortly after to accompany me to my room. I'm pretty sure it was a homeless dude and he was high. Nice guy though. Yeah don't stay here.

The room smelled terribly, the cover bedspread had cigarette holes burned through- no attempt to change it. The carpet was FILTHY. There was either bloodstains or lipstick marks on the wall. The toilet cover seat had tape on it like some work had been done. We will never stay here again and am recommending that this is a terrible place to stay.

The bedding had holes in it. I mean the sheets, the pillow cases, the stained blanket, all the bedding. It was not “dirty” it’s just that there was no pride in it. If this isn’t something that is important to you and you just want a place to crash and dash then I think it’s passable. If you are lookin to wank into the room and say “This is nice”, this is not the place for you. The management stated they would have changed the bedding had I asked them to. However I discovered the holes after I awoke the next morning. They were under the comforter on the side opposite of where I entered the bedding. I appreciated his willingness not offer new bedding. Unfortunately, the idea that this bedding was deemed acceptable to use in the first place says something. I took pictures but decided that to post them would be mean.

Staff was nice. Sheets and towels were clean, tub was clean. Mattress was good. Other than that ... the room was awful. Dilapidated furniture, burn holes in blankets, torn carpet, damaged wallpaper and light shades. Internet wasn't working. None of the usual items provided - no hair dryer, no shampoo. There weren't even any coat hangers, and no place to hang clothes. The controls on the heater/AC were so worn, I had to experiment with them to get the heat on. Saw two bugs I couldn't identify. I'm reasonably sure they were NOT bed bugs. Still, I was not happy to see them. Throw in loud patrons and a sketchy neighborhood, and this stay, for me, was not worth the money I saved.

you get what you pay for - I needed a cheap room for the night that was close to XL Center and this was the cheapest and closest. Don't expect a 4 star hotel room. The exterior looks very nice & presentable but the interior needs a llittle bit of updating and cleaning. The room smelled funky.

This place is only good if it is a stop and go for a quick rest. I wouldn't even recommend a shower because there is black mold. Don't rest too long and get comfortable with your belongings...don't want to get any roaches on you!
