We were there for my brother's wedding and reserved a suite months in advance, only to arrive and find our reservation had been cancelled. We stood at the check-in desk for a long time, my 82-year-old mother worried sick that we didn't have a room. We finally got a room that was terribly FILTHY and run-down. Torn carpet, frayed and lifting carpet, stained and frayed furniture, dirty dishes in the cabinet, drawer in the kitchen in pieces when pulled out, filthy windows, curtains falling, and not being able to close them. It was the grossest room we have ever stayed in. Starting at seven in the morning, slamming doors for the storage and room outside of our door. If this were on my credit card, I would stop payment immediately.
None of the curtains closed, they were falling down.
Cigarette butts around every entrance of the property.
Sheets that did not fit bed and unknown stain on bedskirt.
Frayed and dirty carpet between bedroom and bathroom.
