The staff from the time I checked in and throughout my stay were wonderful. Always had a smile for me when I came through the lobby. At the time of this review this facility was in the process of a remodel. And yet, they were still able to make my stay comfortable.
The property was under construction
Based on other hotels of that same chain, its conditions were old, run down, dirty, and unsafe. We had a ground floor room with a window that didn’t lock. Both latches on the window were broken.
This hotel was filthy with stained, dirty, carpet everywhere and room furniture that I wouldn't put my luggage on, much less sit on it. The shower came from a war zone. This Holiday Inn Express has been neglected for so many years that I'm amazed that IHG hasn't pulled their franchise.
Location was the most important because we have been here before. This experience was terrible. First room assigned, the lock was not working had to get another room. It really wasn’t a big deal but that set the tone for the rest of the experience. No shower curtain, we asked for one and installed it ourselves, no trash bags, no ice bag and a dirty footprint in the tub!
I enjoyed everything and the weekend staff was great I most certainly will be back.

Towels are gross crusty and smell bad when asking fir fresh ones the staff is rude. Weird noises in the room ac didn’t work.
The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was great and always available to help. Easy access to main road. Very quiet hotel.
Hotel is on a very busy road so it’s not very quiet at night. Our room had a terrible smell, the tv kept cutting in and out, and the beds were terrible. Our room keys stopped working and had to go to the front desk to get them fixed. Breakfast was ok nothing special. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. Very disappointed with this hotel.
Good sized room with great amenities. Ny kids loved the pool!
Nice clean quiet comfortable hotel conveniently located
Thin walls and floors, I could hear people talking from across the hall and I listened to my neighbors selling on the phone all night along. Non-smoking hotel........ Someone was smoking all night and somehow my room smelled of cigarettes. Cheap overall hotel that I will not stay at again.
