Absolute filthy room! Stains on our sheets, couldn’t find a hand towel without nasty stains. There were no soaps anywhere in the bathroom. Kleenex container empty. Garbage everywhere on the ground outside and a mattress laying on the ground by the front door. Really the list could go on and on. When asking the staff for a refund I was told no refund.. and then ignored while the man went about the work he was doing. Ignoring me while I tried to talk to him. Absolutely terrible place to stay. What you see in their pictures from their website is most definitely not what you get.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.. there was literally toilet paper with #2 stuck behind shower curtain and not even kidding-- actually solid crap stuck behind the door next to bathtub. On top of t hat filmy grime on floor and then only a few small hand towels. Breakfast & cleaning staff absolutely horrendously rude. Never been so absolutely terrified of any gd hotel in m y life! And ive seen one with bugs. No joke, this took the cake i think.

The rooms were in poor condition. The entire hallway smelled of food. The lobby smelled of cigarettes. The elevator buttons were corroded and/or missing. The staff was rude and unapologetic that the pool and sauna were still on the website, but had been out of order for weeks. They hung up on the Expedia worker who called to complain on our behalf.

Smoke detectors hanging off the walls the first day I did not have any bathroom towels in my room it took them over two hours to get them to me once I requested for them. It was really loud people yelling in the halls room next-door, same thing bunch of screaming and yelling. Look good in the pictures but do not recommend.

Quick and easy check-in, then downhill from there. Buttons missing in the elevator, very worn out room, TVs in the whole building had no signal for the entire stay and were so dated they had no usb port to stream from a smartphone. Toilets had to be flushed twice to empty even just paper from the bowl, cockroach spotted in the shower. Heat and A/C worked well, but lighting in the room was poor. Room key re-set daily resulting in lockouts, broken elevator buttons on the 3rd floor lobby, so took the stairs down to find an alarmed door to outside and a blocked door to the lobby with a note saying “do not open”. Had to take the stairs back to the second floor to take the elevator to the lobby every time. Very affordable, but no shampoo and no face cloths. Also, nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk. Would not recommend.

this hotel was the worst I've been in. TV didn't have cable box so no TV for my children or I ( no one offered to switch rooms, was told maintained was coming to come fix it and look at it but only housekeeping came open the door and left) The continental breakfast was a joke watered down juice and coffee and bagels with no butter or jelly out. and don't go ask for any towels blankets or silverware they will tell you after 9 am. no toilet paper in the room and blankets where stained. and staff was disrespectful with no care. they are running this hotel how they would in India.

The free breakfast was on smaller side, really only waffles, and little mini muffins available. Dark shade for window does not close all the way so room stayed bright all night, fan unit locked that you could not use. Beds were comfortable tho.
