We like to stay at this hotel on our way up and back from Maine. In most cases, the price is extremely reasonable and it also includes breakfast. Accidently booked two full sized beds instead of a king sized bed but we made due. Room was clean and this hotel is right next to a very good Italian restaurant so it makes it very convenient for us. Will go back.

The desk receptionist, Kim, was incredibly helpful. We had an issue with our reservation through Expedia, but she worked with them and with us to solve the problem and get us into a very comfortable and spacious room. Thank you Kim!

We stayed here after driving late into the night. We checked in about 11:30 pm. Hotel was very nice and modern. Rooms were clean and nice. Beds were great. The only suggestion I have is that our window was beside the interstate and we could still hear traffic above the A/C noise. Not sure what could be done about that anyway.

I stay here a lot when traveling for work. Every room I've stayed in has been very clean. Sometimes they upgrade me to a suite with no charge. Nice Italian and Mexican restaurants only a minute walk away. Breakfast is decent too. Stephen Sapienza is the front office manager and is a very personable guy. Overall one of the best Comfort Inns in New England.

In general our visit was what I expect from Comfort Inn: comfortable beds, a clean room, a good breakfast. What made it outstanding this time was the customer service at the front desk. I arrived exhausted and needing a room, and with a problem I needed help solving. Terry was cheerful, efficient, understood my problem and helped me find a good solution. Thanks, Terry!

This is an old building that's been renovated inside and out and now looks like a branded Comfort Inn. Nothing grand here. The Lobby is small and the breakfast area seems small as well. I think it would be very congested if the hotel was full. The place seemed clean. The room pretty basic for a room with two beds. The sink was in the room and the toilet and shower were in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod needed repair. It seems that every hotel room has one of the bowed shower curtain rods needs a repair to the rod! The TV was nice but not setup properly. This was strange but the channels numbers shown on the on-screen-guide, did not match up with the available channel numbers when entered on the remote. Very Odd !!!!!!!! Otherwise the place is fine for a night on the road.

On May 26, 2017 my daughters and I went to Comfort Inn located on 333 Roberts Street in East Hartford. There was a family in front of us and the agent at the hotel dealt with the father very nicely. When I approached the desk when it was my turn, I smiled and said Good night. He asked if I had a reservation and I said yes and handed him my ID. He asked for my card and I asked if it was not already in the system since it was prepaid. He began to explain to me the hotel policy as if I was a commoner who had never had the privilege of staying anywhere. I said I understand but I do not appreciate your tone. He was speaking very loud to me and I could barely hear him when he spoke to the other man. Instead of apologizing he handed me my ID and told me that if I do not want to listen to him to leave. And so I did. I walked out furious. It was 1130pm at night and I had a long day traveling from Boston Logan airport to attend a function. He also asked me how many people and I said just the three in front of you. And shouted at me that I cannot have any other guests. Clearly he had implicit assumptions about me. I am very disgusted by this experience and I am writing to tell you that you need to discipline Mani. He did this in front of a new trainee. This is not acceptable. I believe he acted that way towards me because I was a woman. Sexism should not be tolerated in the workplace and hotel industry. In all my years of traveling I have never had such an experience. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

The stay started out great/5! A kind gentleman operating the front desk upgraded us to a 2-room suite because we were "staying 9 days." The experience went downhill from there. The room's horizontal surfaces were covered in dust and a few dead bugs. The AC was off, so the room was hot; when we turned it on, it began circulating the dust: my wife and I could hardly breathe the first night. The property does a lot of business with transient work crews and short-haul truckers, and we had some great conversation with some of them! However, the night shift seemed to condone groups of the men loitering, drinking and smoking in front of the main entrance. Tonight marks the half-way point of our stay: we buried my mother yesterday, spent time off-site with family, and slept in today. Before we left, we stopped at the front desk, told the attendant we were leaving and needed our room serviced. Upon returning about 9 pm, the room hadn't been touched. We asked the front desk attendant (Chelsea or Kelsey) to provide service, and were told they couldn't, and that the housekeeping crew would not return until "7 or 8 in the morning." We asked her to at least provide clean towels. She told us, "We don't have any." I have traveled regularly for work for 22 years, and this is, hands down, the worst hotel customer service I have experienced. Ever. The only reason I rate them a 2/poor instead of a 1/terrible, is because of the kind gentleman on duty at check-in, Wednesday, 17 May. Don't stay here.

I have a client in the area and stop here regularly. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the coffee is hot in the morning. As long as you are not looking for a multitude of extras, you will be very satisfied. It is a standard hotel that caters to travelers and business people. There are restaurants next door, and a few more very close. For the money, it is a great deal.

Exactly what I had hoped for. Double room was ample & clean. Amenities there if I had forgotten them. Check-in was fast even without a reservation. Breakfast was included which had something for everyone. Fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, sausage, etc. and all served at the appropriate temperature. All is non-smoking
