I booked a room on the first floor because my wife can not go in elevators , they gave me a room on the fourth floor. Said I booked two rooms and said they are not going to fix it had to call Hilton rewards, then they wanted me to pay the higher price. Then when we got to the room the toilet over flowed twice then the front desk call my room work my wife and I up and asked us if we need towels, this this is crap !!!

While the room was nice I was very annoyed the air unit was not kicking on when I tried to turn on the heat. I have a 1 year old and it was a cold night so the room was cold. I called the front desk to let them know that it’s not kicking on, the lady let me know that there was not there to look at it. So I simple said okay then I’m willing to switch rooms she told me to hold on then came back and told me that she can not switch my room either so I told her the options at this point is fix it, switch rooms or give me a refund because I am not allowing my 1 year old stay in the room with no heat, she said she would come look 30 minutes later she comes up to the room thankfully I got it to kick on but unplugging it.

Everything was great all the way around. Just a little fyi the bathtub was extremely slippery. That would worry me for an older crowd. Very very slippery. Be cautious of this. Otherwise great place.
