For the most part, the property was clean, but there were a couple of pieces of furniture in my room that were broken for example, the dresser drawer did not work and the mini stove was missing the knobs. Also, the elevator did not work for my entire stay so I had to go up and down the stairs every time.

The Hyatt House was under construction, which was not shared before I arrived. I arrived at 4pm and my room was not ready. I had to wait a half an hour to get my room. Hallways needed vacuumed and there were trash cans in the hallways.

Under renovation, kept clean

Under renovation so with that in mind the place was in decent condition otherwise. Toilet water flow was super slow and unfortunately the housekeeping/ maintenance was completely out last night so no one else had keys to supplies. Despite that, it was a pleasant stay with plenty of amenities and very modern without being too out there (shower was enclosed and large, while also having a more Japanese style drain.

Entire stay was amazing. Even though rennovations were under way, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Shower was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Room was incredible and our dog loved not only the space but the outside back to run around!

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. My room was dusty, dirty and had dirty utensils in the drawers when I check in. The staff was horrible and did not handle the situation as they should have and only provided an “I’m sorry” when informed of these issues. There was zero attempt to rectify the situation or have housekeeping clean the room or provide another room. Did not stay there not even 1 night. Do not fall for the pretty pictures as they do not correlate to the reality of the hotel conditions.
