The suite was very nice, we all loved this place.
When we arrived they did not have our reservation. We ended up going to another hotel as there were no rooms available. This all took about two hours and many phone calls. Very disappointing and aggravating!!!

We booked a suite, tub drain was clogged. Hot tub area was cold. Barely any snacks for sale in the main lobby. Computer station was not working. Over a nice looking hotel but needs to get it together.
It's a marvelous place to stay. Very clean and quiet with all the proper amenities.

This property has very little Covid cleansing... as I arrived at my hotel and got onto elevator 2 other people also got on....... not ...1...masked!!?!

Overall it was excellent, but when I tied to sleep the neighbors kept making noises that did not allow us to,the walls are thin so u almost hear everything.

Really nice hotel. I booked a King Bed Suite, but when I checked in I was given a room with two queen beds. Front desk told me Orbitz had overbooked King rooms. No big deal at all, but you might not get the same rom that you book.
I love how attentive, kind and supportive the staff is here. The entire hotel is spotless and very clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and brand new. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly to everyone.
