Customer service was amazing i just was extremely disappointing with the cleanliness. Also there were bugs in my room.

The check in process came with a unwanted surprise. I was asked for a $100 room deposit for "Room Damage" to be refunded when I checked out. We checked out very early and left the room in excellent condition, instead of receiving my refund, I was charged another $49.99 for unknown reasons. The room had holes in the ceiling from water damage. The Jacuzzi waterfall was inoperative. We ended up not even using the jacuzzi. I have yet to hear from this property about my deposit.

Worst hotel ever I saw in my lifetime. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone to stay. First room they gave me was dirty and some things were broken. Second room they gave me the bathroom light fixture was broken with no light. I am very surprised that choice international company has there brand name on this hotel!!

It’s has free parking and breakfast but it needs renovation

This place really needs to be torn down. It is well beyond shop-worn. The rooms are entered from the outdoors, and with poorly maintained doors, the room was really cold. The heat did not work properly. The lighting was dim and the room was dingy. Although I had a "non-smoking" room, there was the smell of old smoke throughout the facility. There is no desk in the room. I thought I might save money on this trip, but this was not worth the cost savings. I ended up finding a room at a better grade hotel, so I left before even trying to stay overnight.

This hotel placed us into a smoking room when I specifically selected a non-smoking room. We arrived to this establishment later than we had planned and we were not informed that what we had booked would not actually be what we would receive. When we got into our room, there was an ash tray on the bedside table yet we were exhausted and therefore did not mention this to the staff. As we settled into the room, we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke but believe that maybe someone was standing outside of our room smoking or were smoking in a room next to ours. When we woke up however, it was apparent even after showering that this was a smoking room as all of our clothes smelled like smoke. We specifically requested a non-smoking room through Orbitz and this location did not keep up its agreement to us as the customers and its commitment to Orbitz in providing what their customers explicitly request. We will not be returning, ever, to this location in West Haven. Additionally, the continental breakfast that the hotel provided only consisted of yellow delicious apples, cold breakfast cereal, and waffles. There were no options that included protein and none that were gluten free, apart from just an apple. This was also incredibly frustrating as we selected this location because it included breakfast and it was something we were hopeful was already taken care of in the bill for this hotel we had already paid for.

This was a last minute booking. The first room I got was in the back of the building. The room smelled of smoke, The furniture was damage and the bath room fixtures were in poor shape. My daughter was with me and was grossed out when we entered the room. I was told that there were no available rooms in the front of the building. That was not so. I was given a clean room in the front of the building. What a mega difference! I went from a room that looked like it was from a junk yard to one that was almost show room ready. I do not know if the owners are new and are slowly fixing each room but, that room should have never been given to anyone.

Access was convienient right off the highway..room was ok..would stay again

My boyfriend and I were in CT visiting a friend for the weekend and picked this hotel for the deal. I should have thought better of it and spent the extra money and we could have avoided this horrible experience. There were hairs on the bed spread, the "new" sheets and the "new" towels. Hairs that obviously did not belong to us given the color and length. The walls were made of paper so we could hear all of the 4am drunken, comings-and-goings of our neighbors. The shower did nothing to help clean us since there was no water pressure and I had to practically kneel down under it since it was installed for guests that are a maximum height of 5'5". The room was moldly and our allergies were acting up the entire stay. While the workers shielded behind the bulletproof glass in the lobby were nice enough, there was absolutely nothing that would convince me to return to this hotel.

Was on a 16-days-New-England-trip, motel was worst: Situated next to noisy interstate. Old lady knocked at 10 pm at door, wanted to repair the sink - never called her! Breakfast was incomplete. Receptionist loudly chatting (in Spanish) with cleaning stuff. Asked for rest of breakfast, got a "will you never do that again-view" . They opened the doors to let fresh air in (and to get me out?) - at 9 am!?. For check-out I had to look for receptionist - of course chatting in another room... Please take another motel!

It would be nice to have a Refridgerator in the room and a microwave. Only having one microwave in the lobby was time consuming and not convenient. The room took a very long time to warm up and when it finally did was stifling. The room is much smaller than it used to be and the jaccuzzi is as well as the bed. The room is clean but very different.
