New Haven Hotel

Walls a bit thin; I learned too much about my neighbors, but room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, staff were helpful and friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay here. VERY nice hotel (rooms AND lobby), prime location (right next to Yale and the heart of New Haven [also walking distance from the train station]), and huge parking garage (extra $20 / day though). They have a complimentary wine and cheese "social" every weekday night, which my husband and I took advantage of! All you can eat and drink too, not just one sample or anything like that. Also, the wine and cheese was QUALITY, not just some cheap stuff since it's free. The room was comfortable and quiet, with an average view. Overall, I would DEFINITELY stay here again if I were to return to New Haven! This was a great experience!

Great! Hotel is clean. Staff are very helpful. Parking is convenient. I would stay here again in my next visit.

There seems to be only 2 hotels in New Haven. I choose this one without thinking. Fortunately, it didn't disappointed me.

The New Haven Hotel is in a great location, near the Yale campus, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are basic, but clean and the staff was helpful. Parking is available across the street for $20 per night, billable to your room. Nothing fancy, but I would stay here again for the location.

Crear Hotel in ríen for s visita ti Yale. Pelase be amare that parking is additional and expensive. Hotel is morder, with Good decir and very Cleaning. Very quieta y night.

Hotels in New Haven are all very cheap. This is probably one of the most expensive ones near Yale. Location is not very good. About 10 mins walk from Yale's main campus. Room is new but not with a lot of furnitures. Front desk is nice and helpful. Parking is VERY expensive. $23 per night plus tax.

We were there for a meeting at Yale. Hotel was within walking distance. Pleasant walk to many cafés and shops. We lovedThe Pantry for breakfast. Go early to avoid the line. Parking garage across the street.

Overall our stay we good. Not many restaurants within walking distance.

It is close to the bay and a bit far from the downtown. The free shuttle sent me to the downtown, which made the trip convenient. The staffs are very friendly. The room is clean. There is a minor concern about the elevator, which took a surprising long time for waiting.

everything is good! the staff is very nice, the location is very close to yale. the wifi is good. the room is very comfortable and very clean.

i always feel comfortable when i stay here keep up the good work

This place was a lucky find, considering I had a last-minute business trip in town and this place was only a mile from where I was working. Comfortable room with good amenities, although some of the lights/outlets weren't working. It was close to some wonderful restaurants and entertainment (movie theater, night life), and if I were staying for longer, I would have loved to explore more.

Did a quick overnight in New Haven for a college visit. The hotel was very nice. Seemed newly remodeled. The room was spacious and clean. Although one elevator was out of order, the other worked fine. While I would have preferred not to pay $20 for parking, it was conveniently across the street.

Hotel was great very clean and modern. Only negative was our view opened up to a brick wall, we couldn't see a thing outside. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasant enough experience, although it was Yale graduation, so it was very busy.

The hotel lobby and rooms were beautiful. Front desk staff was great. Walking distance to everything was very convenient. Excellent stay!

Newly remodeled, very nice Hotel. You can walk to downtown and find resturants. It is also a short drive to Yale University, or a ten minute walk. Overall, a great hotel to stay at.

Overall Ok experience. The room key was not working, lots of back and forth to desk at the lobby required. Was sent to the wrong room. However, that's just a bad day. I won't blame much on their staff's effort. They tried solving the problems soon.
