The hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. The staff respected our privacy yet were able to replenish linens and towels when requested. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of breakfast and complimentary coffee. That should be a must, not good.

I got to the hotel earlier than the published check in time but my room was ready and I was able to get into the room. Room was clean and well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. I stayed for 5 days and the towels were changed everyday, although the bed wasn't made during my stay. The hotel staff were excellent - I had issue connecting to the WiFi and a very helpful member of staff helped me. 5 mins walk away is the City Green and there are plenty of bars and cafes around the Green area. As expected in any major city, there are homeless people (mostly in the City Green) and there are the usual ASB issues in relation to that. However I didn't feel unsafe and walked around Yale University

Let me start off by saying that I first came during Christmas and New Years of 2024 and it was solely because of my experience with interacting with Diahema or Dlahema. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, friendly and very inviting. Being introduced to the hotel from her made me want to come back a second time. While there was a $200 difference from the 1st visit to the 2nd, it still like it was worth. There was a small issue I had with a questionable bedspread on my bed that got corrected immediately. For the price of the room, I would think that a stained bedspread would be the last thing I'd think to have to complain about but again, swift response and still pleasant interactions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 2-day work visit and overall had a wonderful experience. The facilities are excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for remote working. The front desk staff were amazing: professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even smoother. However, I did have a less positive encounter with the room service staff. When I politely mentioned that I was finishing a remote meeting and would be leaving shortly so the room could be cleaned, the response I received was not particularly friendly. While this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay, it stood out. Despite this, I will definitely return to this hotel for future work visits because of the great overall service and professional front desk team.
