Friendly staff, easy check in and nice rooms. I would stay there again

Very unfriendly people, not accommodating at all. Unsafe parking area. Not well lit at night.

Very clean everywhere, friendly lobby area - would definitely return

Location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Parking convenient across the street but expensive.

Location excellent; amenities not lavish but carefully thought through; staff well-trained & oriented & kind.

Rooms adjacent to the breakfast room on the second floor and exposed through an open ceiling to noises in the lobby are really too noisy. If you care for quiet do avoid at all cost rooms on the second floor. It's a design flaw.

Everything was great. No complaints. Staff was personable and helpful. Hotel was beautiful.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Only thing is bathroom smelled a bit bad - the “dirty towel” musty smell. It may have been the shower curtain.

Great hotel staff. Great location that allows you to walk to many restaurants and bars and shops.

Beautiful hotel and incredibly clean. Rooms were spacious and beds are very comfortable. However, the staff at the front desk were less than friendly. Overall, great hotel and the perfect location.

short walk from New Haven train station. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is huge. Very clean. However, the beds are awful, much too soft, pillows too. They say free toiletries, however, they had no toothbrushes, really stupid not to have on hand for travelers. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Overpriced.

Close to everything and clean - a notch down from the Omni, but much better than a tourist class hotel.

Walls a bit thin; I learned too much about my neighbors, but room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, staff were helpful and friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay here. VERY nice hotel (rooms AND lobby), prime location (right next to Yale and the heart of New Haven [also walking distance from the train station]), and huge parking garage (extra $20 / day though). They have a complimentary wine and cheese "social" every weekday night, which my husband and I took advantage of! All you can eat and drink too, not just one sample or anything like that. Also, the wine and cheese was QUALITY, not just some cheap stuff since it's free. The room was comfortable and quiet, with an average view. Overall, I would DEFINITELY stay here again if I were to return to New Haven! This was a great experience!

Great! Hotel is clean. Staff are very helpful. Parking is convenient. I would stay here again in my next visit.

There seems to be only 2 hotels in New Haven. I choose this one without thinking. Fortunately, it didn't disappointed me.
