The hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. The staff respected our privacy yet were able to replenish linens and towels when requested. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of breakfast and complimentary coffee. That should be a must, not good.

I was unable to stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances and reached out promptly to request a refund. Unfortunately, the staff was unwilling to accommodate my request, despite the situation and lack of service provided. I’m disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer care—especially given that I never even stepped foot on the property. I won’t be booking here again.

Nice hotel. Didn’t stay long, but the king suite with pullout is spacious and comfortable. Especially with dogs. Garage is attached through a walkway across the street.

The staff were so friendly. They were great with my autistic son who loves elevators. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. We slept very well. The black-out shades blocked out all the light at night. The bathroom had a light that could be adjusted dimmer or brighter. The refrigerator worked for our needs. There was a microwave in the lobby.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly. Restaurant around the corner olive and oil had fantastic goats cheese pasta and close to Shell and bone for phenomenal seafood. The only downside was other guests screaming through the halls drunkenly and banging on doors in the middle of the night.

My last stay here was perfect in every way. This time, not so much. The first room smelled strongly of smoke. They gave us a new room and were very apologetic. One of the beds had a long hair coiled up on the sheet when we pulled the covers back. The bathroom towels had several hairs coiled up and embedded. The inside of the windows were dirty. I was hoping for another good experience but this time the cleanliness was just not there. Very disappointed.

New Haven Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Great room, bed and pillows; great shower, easy-peasy included parking in a garage right across the street, super-nice staff with good recommendation for food and drink and very cool walkable area near Yale, just a couple of blocks away. Room key even provides discounts at several desirable nearby restaurants. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
