Entrance by the elevator smell bad, first room smelled bad, I got another room, and they also gave the key to someone else so they were able to open the door when I was coming out the bathroom, the phone in the room wasn’t working, I had to call the reception from my own phone to let them know, I was scared the whole night that someone else might open the door again

Nice hotel terrible service from staff

Room was great. Pool was clean. Breakfast was nice. The staff during the day was very rude primarily this one lady who was working pretty much every day shift. She wasn’t friendly and she didn’t want to be any help when I asked her if I could get any video footage of the parking lot so I could possibly find out who was responsible for damages they caused to my car

Comforters were filthy. Tv did not work and shower was either cold or blistering hot no in between. In AM lobby smelled like rubbing alcohol

Lovely and Quiet Stay. Unfortunately when I had got there, there was a system issue and I had to wait for it to become up and running to check in as welI as I think the rooms can use a little update as in the tv. Mine however turned on and said no cable.

I stayed for 1 night, room was large ,clean and accessible. The breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage all kinds of breads, pastries, fruit ,yogurt ,oatmeal and fresh made waffles, teas ,coffee, juices. There is an indoor pool...bonus Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend for a short stay. I would return

Nice pool but it needed a rope between 5 foot and beyond and pool water was too cool and the parking was limited 3 times we couldn't find a place to park couldn't get tv too work had to call maintenance ice machines on 1st floor and 5th floor were filthy but otherwise the hospitality was excellent breakfast was very good housekeeping was great Deacon Ron Scott God Bless I'll give it 4 stars ⭐ out of 5
