Great service and attention in general
Pro: nice, well maintained hotel and convenient to interstate. Con: Hard to get service at night when clerk is sleeping in back room. Even in morning nobody answered office phone. On first morning, coffee in airpots ran out and stayed empty for 20 minutes during breakfast period.
I chose a room off Hilton Honors and when I showed up they wanted to put me in a different room. I asked to be put on the 3rd floor which was accommodated. The desk girl didn’t switch my room in the system. Around 1130 pm I had two people use their key and came into my room😳 Not the thing you want to have happen at 1130 at night Other than that the property was decent
The beds were bad in my room. Hard to get a good night sleep.

Orbitz over sold king rooms and was given standard bed for two large people on a sold out Saturday. Not likely to use this platform again.

I loved the location. Right off the highway was incredibly convenient. The staff was so accommodating and even my dog had a wonderful time. This was my dogs first time in a hotel and this hotel could not have been a better choice.

Our room had water leaking from the window . We told the front desk and was told we would get a credit for the room and we never got the room credit .
Purchased room for 5 adults throigh, but any room that could accomodate 5 adults was already taken when we got there. My son ended up sleeping on the floor on a make shift comforter bed, as there were no available rooms to be purchased. Orbitz should not have advertised room as 5 adults as it only jad two queen beds and a rollin bed would not fit in the room
Hampton Inn’s have yet to disappoint.
