This was my second time staying here and it was another great stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was excellent.

Room was filthy . Burn holes in rug anf drapes. No light fixture in bathroom only hanging wires. TVs were broken and no remotes. Maintinance found remote behind headboard and headboard broke. Refridgerator not working. It was replaced Desk staff was rude and didnt care about room condition. Party in conference room below our room with such loud base music that our room vibrated. Walking past window outside was a very strong smell of pot. No security on property. Wallpaper was filty and ripped. Pillows were flat and smelled. Bed mattress was old and lumpy. Would never stay there again.
Door key didn’t open 4 times in 2 different rooms assigned. Carpets are worn down. It wasn’t clean. We are bot going back

On the night we arrived, when exiting the elevator there was a garbage can that was overflowing with trash and had three bags of trash set in front of it. On the second night we were there the hallway smelled like urine and our key didn't work so we had to go back to the desk to get the key fixed. There was a brown spot on the desk top that looked like melted ice cream...the fourth and final night we stayed the key didn't work again and the mess was still on the front desk. Yuck! The photos on the website were very misleading.

Quick and efficient check in. Very attentive to our needs along with being personable.
This is a quaint and quirky hotel in walking distance to a mall. Room was spacious. The lock on our room door was shaky. Felt like the door could easily be compromised while we were out. When reported, the guy at the front desk said they couldn't do anything about it until the following day. He could have provided another room, but he didn't. There is plenty to do on this street. There is also a movie theater and restaurants nearby. Nice lobby with a water fountain at the elevator, and fish pond below it. Just off the lobby is an eclectic area for a continental breakfast. Attractive checkered floor in the eating area which has a retro diner look.
It's a second rate hotel, purchased from a once known brand. Carpets are dirty - room cleaning isn't great - stains on the walls, etc., but for an economy stay (we got in @ 2 AM and left by 9 - no need for fancy), it's fine. They are trying; nice people there and seems safe (at 2 AM). You get what you pay for ... (I just coined that phrase).

The worst hotel I ever stayed in! Dirty carpet, room and bathroom. They didn't fix my bed during my trip there. The breakfast was a joke. No lights in the parking lots. No hot water. Staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. I wouldn't advice anyone to stay there.
