The staff was very pleasant and the room was neat and clean. This was our second time staying at this hotel. I would stay there again.

Hotel rooms were comfortable and amenities good. I travelled in Feb when it snowed heavily in CT. Snow/ice clearing could have been better/speedier. Otherwise nice hotel with lots of restaurants nearby to grab a quick meal.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. I like that they have a small bar serving drinks at night (though we didn't partake) and coffee, cappuccino, etc. in the morning. Pleasant decor. Nice to have the pool and hot tub for end of day relaxation. My only complaint is when we decided to extend our stay by one night, we had to be moved to another room (which was fine) - but the room smelled of cigarettes. Maybe it can't be helped as it was probably a "smoking" room and that's all they had left for us. Also - there was a billing mistake w/my card - they recognized it without any issues and were very helpful in resolving it.

Easy stay for a business trip. Close to everything I could need. Room was good size and in good condition. Could use better lighting by the mirror.

Nice, friendly, covered all needs. a little out of the way, but the price was therefore good.

I had reserved three rooms for a one night stay. All were ready on time, staff was fine with our limited requests. Rooms were fine-- a single roach inside the picture frame on the wall, but he was either asleep or dead.

Close to UConn in a great location for shoppers. Clean , quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the included breakfast with lots of choices. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpfull staff. Would recommend to a friend.,

My 8 year old, specifically, wanted to stay at a place with an indoor pool so he could swim in March. I was pleased that, upon arrival, the pool WAS open and not closed for renovation. The pool, whirlpool and surrounding swim areas were well-maintained and the water was the right temperature. The flat screens in the area allowed us to all enjoy the area in our own relaxing ways. My husband liked the fresh cookies that were waiting at the check-in desk. The room was CLEAN!!! I felt comfortable to walk on the carpet without slippers on. The staff knew exactly which restaurants were still open at 11pm and they knew what time Wal-Mart opened in the morning-they were friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel had a great location. Proximity to restaurants and shopping were key. It was very quiet though given its location. Staff was very friendly. Nice Job.

Getaway with kids overnight. Good value. Late check-out (noon) allowed us to take advantage of the great pool through the morning and not have to rush to check out. Facility was clean, staff very polite and helpful, breakfast was great and waitstaff very nice. Only drawback we experienced was that our room was on second floor over the lobby and we could hear the opening and closing of the front automatic doors each time someone entered/exited lobby. Also close to many great family restaurants (no dinner at hotel).

The room was dated. The location was good -close to I-84 and close to many stores and the mall. It had a very small fitness room.
