We had a nice stay. It was convenient, near plenty of shopping areas and very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and we wete very pleased. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

My stay was disappointing. The hotel felt dark, gloomy, and outdated with a strong musty odor. The cleaning staff was ineffective, and despite changing rooms, the TVs never worked consistently. I stayed for three nights and found the overall experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, there aren’t many better hotel options in the area, but I would not return unless improvements are made.

Stayed here several times. Was happy with location and service. Staff was quick to help with some things we needed. In this age of streaming, hotels might think tv service and channels aren’t a big deal but for me it is. Most channels are either news or sports. Some other options would be nice. Also tv reception sometimes is problematic. This time I had a suite with 2 tvs. One tv did not have all the channels as the other.

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn near Ellington when I visit my son and his family - I thought it was getting a bit pricey - so I found your hotel - I’ve stayed at other Courtyard Marriotts and have always even pleased - your hotel costs less but offers a restaurant - I don’t mind buying my own breakfast

Hotels.com room types not honored

This is as much a review about Hotels.com as it is about Courtyard Marriot. This is the second trip in a row where our room reservation was not honored by the hotel because it was booked through a third party source. We had the same problem with a hotels.com reservation at Hilton in April. Both times, irrespective of the bed combo and room type booked on hotels.com, we got handicapped bathroom and wrong bed combo. We made it work and appreciated Marriot at least giving us a complimentary roll away bed but they told us our type of reservation is “lowest priority” when it is busy. We will be hesitant to book stays at busy hotels through hotels.com.
