Excellent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/East Hartford. I arrived much earlier than expected, and the staff graciously accommodated an early check-in around 10:00 a.m., which I greatly appreciated after traveling. The front desk team was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout. My room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the overall property felt organized and welcoming. A smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

The room itself was small but very clean and it had a good bathroom that was also very clean. Our problem was the pool. We stayed here with several other families from a cheer gym and every singlenchild that went into the pool had some sort of reaction. My children were covered in rashes and my daughter's eyes were burning and extremely red. My daughter's hair was also fried after swimming in kt, not like regular chlorine fried it was just a completely dry clump that could not be brushed out at all. When we filled out an incident reports we weren't even given copies the front desk refused. I will be contacting Hilton today.
