The Staff are amazing Gail,Hope, Jeff, Lilly, Mark and Dennis are the best! Whatever we needed they took care of us. When the hotel was running out of Toilet Paper from being totally sold out Dennis and Hope went out of their way to make sure we had some. They were all so friendly and always helpful.

During a catastrophic disaster at our home my husband and I and our small lab found refuge here for 3 weeks during the snowy month of March. It was so nice that the two of us and our dog were warmly welcomed and had a warm place to stay. Our room with kitchenette, living area, bedroom area and nice bathroom was very comfortable. The coin laundry was a blessing. We very much enjoyed the morning breakfasts and getting the morning newspaper to read over coffee and tea. Staff were more than accommodating and we had many nice chats with them. During our stay there were a few evenings where treats were served. Our favorite evening was hot chocolate and peach cobbler - that touch alone made us feel at home. This hotel, just off the highway and is conveniently located near shopping and many restaurants. Staying here was terrific!

We just spent two nights at The Residence Inn Manchester. The room was huge for the price, with a pull out sofa, and a full bedroom and kitchen. So much value for the money! The pool area was clean and comfortable, could have stayed there all day. Will definitely be back next time we are visiting the area!

My family and I have been living in this hotel for almost 2 months now, and we have no negative thing to say. We have 3 kids under the age of 4 and have been so happy staying here. The staff is incredibly friendly, so helpful and great with the kids, the breakfast selections at the continental breakfast are great for all ages and offer a variety of food and juices, the pool is clean and family friendly, and on a rainy day you're able to use the indoor pool at the Marriott just over the hill. Pet friendly, great staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms... I highly recommend it!

Stayed for about two weeks total. The property is recently updated and very comfortable in both rooms that I stayed in. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Close to highways and within a short drive to UConn or Hartford.

We were passing thru on our way to Massachusetts and needed a place for the evening. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the floor plan of our spacious studio room - it felt like a mini apartment. Everyone who worked there took pride in what they did, from the front desk to the staff at the complimentary breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in other resident-type hotels but nowhere else measures up to this. They have set a very high standard.

My son stayed here two+ months for an internship at P&W. Rachel, in sales, was helpful and professional, as was all the staff. The room was clean and updated and the grounds were landscaped and spacious. Gloria at the front desk was a stand-out though. One week my son forgot his iPod charger at home and was having car trouble. Gloria, with her big heart, offered my son hers to borrow for two days. Now, that doesn't happen every day. Thank you again, Gloria! You are a star employee. We will be back because of you.

My husband and I stayed here 1 night. The hotel is in a great location - a short drive to restaurants and shopping. It's very clean & spacious! Property had been renovated, not sure how long ago, but was tastefully decorated. We had a great breakfast too!

The property is made up of separate small buildings with a limited number of units, so you'll only have one neighbor. The studio suite is laid out well -- full kitchen, bath, dining room, closets, and bedroom. The breakfast was plentiful and had many different options so that you won't leave hungry.

It appears that this hotel has been remodeled recently. The hotel is very nice - lobby, swimming pool, tennis court, and outside patio with fire pit table. Our two bedroom suite was very pretty with updated décor and clean. The beds were comfortable and we did get a good nights sleep before travelling again. The do allow dogs and I did get to see quite a few - no big deal because I really like animals. The staff was very nice, friendly and efficient.
