We have stayed at this property many times before, and I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness. However this visit, it was very obvious that they are lacking in housekeeping. The overall cleanliness of the property was just not what I recall. My ceiling fan was filthy, there was a half drank bottle in my room upon check in, mold tissue box). The common eating area was not vacuumed between dinner and breakfast the next morning. The elevator buttons were full of dirty fingerprints as were the side exterior doors. However the staff was very responsive and helpful.
The property was not clean. Blankets were soiled with what appeared to be feces. Outside of toilet was filthy. Due to the fact that we were not staying a full week, housekeeping was not available unless we scheduled it. Shower curtain was not long enough and didn't keep water from leaking onto the floor. Trash and dirty towels had to be left in the hallway. The common areas were unvacuumed and had refuse in them. A dirty washcloth was outside the elevator on the floor on the ground floor of the hotel for 2 days. These cleanliness concerns during a pandemic are disturbing to say the least.

Property is old and needs maintenance. Water backIng up in a shower that literally looks like it hasnt been cleaned in 9 months is DISGUSTING!! Toilet was clogged after one use and had to call maintenance. Even the "amenities"/freebies were old. Makeup remover cloth was bone dry. All i could do was throw it away. Yuck, yuck, yuck!!

I think they do a good job with the breakfast. I didn't like how the room was advertised as a 7 person room, but it only had enough sleeping for 6. If you advertise it for 6 and i choose to squish in an extra kid, that's on me. But if you advertise for 7, you should have 7 places for people to sleep. Also, they didn't even have sheets and pillowcases in the room for the sofa bed when we got there (which was late in the evening - we were tired). My husband went up to the front desk, he said they should be in with the pillows. He came back up and nope, they werent in there. So we called and the guy brought us 1 fitted sheet. Thanks. Why not bring us a full set when you know you've already messed up? Whatever. The housekeeping the next day was more accommodating.
All the staff were very friendly. Had problems with room next to us partying and smoking weed. It wasn’t resolved and night manager said it was what they were cooking and not weed. It was weed and told him so. Had to ask for room to be sprayed to help with smell that only helped for 5min which is really upsetting since I had two kids with me. Couldn’t be moved because the hotel was full. Tried to go down and get breakfast 2X before we had to leave and both times they were out of food so we couldn’t east. Tried to take advantage of pool but another guest had their DOG in the pool. Was really disappointed with the stay
The orientation of the space with the swivel TV is great very efficient. One comment ...the Ice machine room does not seem to be vented properly. The heat in the room is intense and I am wondering if the machine might be working double time using the super heated air to generate ice...something may not be efficient.
This property was perfect for our needs in the double suite. It was very clean, quiet and private. And a big shout out to Angel who was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff.

Room was ok. First we asked to move location and we were told no. We were gone all day, came back and room had not been cleaned. Had to call front desk and ask.... housekeeping was not efficient. Even after they came it was just cleaned ok. Elliptical machine in gym was broken.
Although it was a business trip, the experience was made more enjoyable by having the convenience of a small kitchen and a separate, and lovely sitting area.
