The staff that cleaned the room and made up the beds daily did a great job! The ibly significant drawback during our 3 day stay was that the electronic room keys worked on only 10-15 percent of the time, and this is NOT an exaggeration. Once I tried every outside door and none opened. I had to go around outside to the main entrance where I was told at the front desk (by the person who checked us in the day before) that whoever checked us in did not realize we were staying for 3 days, even though he, himself, had checked us in earlier for our PREPAYED 3-night stay, In summary,the lock system does not work properly and should be fixed and then maintained.

Overall satisfied. Loved the 2 king beds in one room. We had adjoining rooms, once we opened the door there were potato chips on the floor. There was a water bottle cap on the floor in one of the rooms. Otherwise room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The surrounding property is very nice and quaint. The hotel has a nice lobby with a large telly and comfortable sofas for guests. There are large restrooms in the lobby along with a variety of snack and cold soft drinks to buy. Breakfast is every day from 7 to 10 am. with coffee, juices, a belgium waffle maker with batter, egg omlets, a variety of cold and hot cereal varieties, donuts, breads milks, toasters and a variety of jellies and yogurts. They offer ALL of this everyday. It's delicious and so much variety. All included in your stay. There's a gym with a treadmill and two other pieces of mobile equipment along with a t.v. attached to the treadmill and a large t.v. hanging from the wall. Also, a large heated pool with plenty of towels. And, the gym is open 24/7. The rooms are clean, spacious with a color t.v. and a clean bathroom with plenty of towels. An adjustable air system for your comfort. This is a very lovely hotel (especially if you wake and look forward to a breakfast of delicious hot and cold varieties during your stay everyday).

The room smelled stale. Looks like it's been years since it's had any decorative improvements. The pool looked well maintained but the level of chlorine in the air was enough to knock you out so we didn't use it.

Coming back from a late concert at the Kate and this place was close by. The employees were very nice and the rooms were in great shape. The heat/ac was working very well; our room was around 75 degrees our entire stay. No problems checking out either.

Good value for the money

Overall, everything was great. Breakfast was included, but it arrived a half hour late. The hotel was clean and well cared for. It was worth what I paid for it. I would stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was good. The only issue was one of the beds in our room (212) literally fell off the frame on one side when sat on.We were tired and had already settled in, so we didn’t request a new room and made it work.
