The staff that cleaned the room and made up the beds daily did a great job! The ibly significant drawback during our 3 day stay was that the electronic room keys worked on only 10-15 percent of the time, and this is NOT an exaggeration. Once I tried every outside door and none opened. I had to go around outside to the main entrance where I was told at the front desk (by the person who checked us in the day before) that whoever checked us in did not realize we were staying for 3 days, even though he, himself, had checked us in earlier for our PREPAYED 3-night stay, In summary,the lock system does not work properly and should be fixed and then maintained.

Friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was good. The only issue was one of the beds in our room (212) literally fell off the frame on one side when sat on.We were tired and had already settled in, so we didn’t request a new room and made it work.

Extremely disappointed

the bed was extremely soft and so uncomfortable! Worse night sleep! No hot water in the shower only from the sink! Water pressure was half of what it should have been! Wasn’t able to shower! Unexceptable!!!! Bathroom door would not latch closed! Heat shuts off and comes back on all night, too loud! Very disappointing! We’ve stayed here a couple times before but unless there is some compensation for this terrible experience on Christmas night, we will not be staying here again!
