We were very pleased with the indoor and outdoor pools, the yoga class was wonderful and the spa treatment very tranquil and the staff was excellent. We also enjoyed the Fresh Salt as well as music in the ChooChoo room. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a wonderful girls getaway and the property is beautiful. The spa amenities were clean, modern and also wonderful. I really enjoyed my facial and massage. Our grip was that there should be a separate pool / hot tub / steam & sauna for adults only. Or at least be adults only at different times on busy weekends. It felt like a pool at a vacation resort with at least 12 kids under the age of 7 running around. After spending 200 on a service, it’s not ideal to relax. Also, the steam & sauna rooms are pretty small, therefore it shouldn’t be co-ed, and kids shouldn’t be allowed in. Few other things: our two bedroom villa had 3 TVs in total and none of them worked all weekend which was kind of a bummer. The maintenance guy was super nice and couldn’t figure it out. We tried to use the room phone to contact spa, front desk, etc but that was dead too. Room keys were constantly not working and we had to get new ones 3x on separate occasions. They gave us a late checkout which was nice, but we came back to the room after brunch and were locked out 😂 They refunded the $20 resort fee for these issues. Fresh Salt was cute, nice view of the water and delicious.

We always enjoy our getaways at Saybrook Point. The outdoor pool was heated and swimming in the steam in January was a memory, for sure. Great place to getaway and unwind.

Everything about this property is always wonderful. Had a little trouble with the heating/ac unit but they corrected it immediately. Its self contained, great spa on site, great restaurant on site, and bar/lounge as well. Fabulous views, quiet, great neighborhood. The rooms are large, beautifully appointed, quiet and dark at night with great window treatments. Five star in every way.

Property is nice . Rooms need better amenities such as adequate coffee maker, TV was small and did not support movie rentals. Service was great, staff accomodating. Rooms a bit tired looking and baths need upgrades.

Although the roma are adequetely decorated they are a bit dated. The bathroom s definately need an upgrade as they still have tube and shower curtains. A simple clean glass shower would do wonders and a doble room had an atiquated single small sink. There is a very cheap coffee maker in the room on my second visit however I could have sworn they had a nespresso machine the first time. Ordering a large pot of coffee cost 40. ( 15.00) room charge because they cant give you a decent machine. Next time will bring my own! The Hotel has lovely new carpet ed areas and is clean. All the staff are friendly and accomodating. Fresh Salt food was just okay considering prices were over the top .

Amazing! The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was refreshing and romantic…that was the highlight of our night away.
