Your home away from home in Old Saybrook awaits you. This attractive 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage is in the desirable Chalker Beach Community. The cottage is a short walk to Chalker Beach. Beach chairs and outdoor games are conveniently located in the storage shed. The living room opens to a 22x20 deck which overlooks the tidal marsh with Osprey, Egrets and other wildlife. The cottage is set back from the road with a fenced in deck perfect for children. There is a private outdoor shower off the breezeway. Amenities include AC, Wi-Fi, Youtube TV, and Netflix. A washer and dryer are on premise. Summertime events sponsored by the Association include Bingo Night, Movies on the Beach, Arts and Crafts for children, and Cookouts. A Softball Field, Basketball Court, and Playground are next to one of the two club houses that is located across the street from the cottage. The Town of Old Saybrook offers the Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center, Fenwick Golf Course, Vibrant Main Street with many specialty shops and many outstanding dining options.

Fantastic home rental
