I waited almost an hour upon arrival, which wasn’t until 6pm, for room inspections to be completed. Hotel checkouts are standard 10-11am, not sure what could’ve been inspected at 6pm. I needed to get to an event and couldn’t wait any longer so I had to leave and get my room upon return later that night. The room later that night smelt like mold and wet rug, and to top it off the HVAC unit sounded like it was about to fall apart. The staff was friendly, they weren’t the issue. I won’t ever stay here again.

Accommodations here were outstanding and a great value! Everything was clean, the distance to Mohegan Sun is super convenient and the staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Mohegan Sun

First off I bought the protection plan in case we needed to cancel last minute. We ended up trying to cancel the day of and could not it had to be up to the day before our stay we could cancel. Second the room we first had the pipes in the bathroom would bang inside the wall every two minutes and the curtains did not work. We switched to another room on the 6th floor and no fault of the hotel but the wind was so bad all you heard all night was swooshing and banging on the window.

The staff this visit were FANTASTIC. Friendly, welcoming, and took care of small issues quickly. A few things need a refresh (the walls in one of the elevators was coming apart and away from the wall), but overall a great experience. The food was not as good this time as last time (cook the sausage links more please, and do a pastry mix like you used to please) which was disappointing, but staff keeps the dining room SPOTLESS and refreshes items quickly. Coffee doesn't run out which IS fantastic. :-)
